They were able to remove the pony wall and patch the flooring to make it look like it never existed, despite running into issues from the previous installation not being done correctly. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Divinity Flooring. From start to finish, working with Jake and his team was an absolute pleasure. Jake made sure I was well-informed every step of the way, walking me through the process of contracting and connecting me with a flooring distributor to ensure I got the best possible deal on the vinyl I selected. Scheduling was a breeze and quick --he provided his availability and was able to schedule me in two weeks time after I selected the flooring I wanted. When it came time to the project itself, his team was plain and simple amazing. Their craftmanship was top notch and the install was flawless. My home has multiple floors and I was worried about the stairways, but they looked fantastic with perfect execution on attention to detail. I didn't find any gaps between the boards and edges against the wall. The team picked up all of the material, removed all of the carpet and took care to wrap my furniture and clothing in the closets to prevent dust from collecting on them. They were also able to move my furniture around as they worked, which was super helpful since I wasn't sure if I had to find additional help to store furniture elsewhere. Before contacting Divinity Flooring, I had done thorough research and contacted multiple flooring businesses. I ultimately went with Jake due to his company's excellent track record (evident from his other positive reviews and stunning finished project photos), candor, and customer service. I appreciated that he came out to my place to take measurements and gave a very accurate estimate of the project. Other places will give a low estimate to win the bid, but expect a sticker shock later. I didn't experience that here. The pricing was very fair considering the quality of work and how fast his team was able to finish the entire project (in just about a week for the entire condo!). I ultimately did not end up going with Divinity Flooring but to no fault of theirs. However I felt it was still worth sharing my experiences with the broader public here as deciding on flooring contractors is no small feat. Jake responded almost immediately to my original inquiry and even made time to come out for a no obligation free estimate the next day. He was very informative and answered and addressed my questions respectfully and in no rush, despite being called on and texted by many others. He provided a (fair) estimate in a timely manner and usually answered any follow up questions within 24 hours if not same day. He also works with a great flooring supplier who had many options and samples to take home and likewise very helpful in helping you find what you're looking for.
