I can't Even begin to describe the delightful experience I had here for a pre employment physical, finger prints and tb test total center time was below 30 minutes and everyone encountered were beyond professional, nice and helpful! I was so hesitant and prepared for a 3+ hour wait time like other centers like concentra and they are nothing like concentra! So quick , efficient and amazing! 10/10 would recommend! Akeso staff need to clear out their old voicemails from their phone inbox as it can take over an hour to get someone on the phone to talk to. When calling them through the occupational therapy phone extension, the phone will ring for about 15 seconds and then an automatesd message system will tell you that the recipient (Akeso) can't take any more messages because their inbox is full and hang up on you. It's pretty scary when healthcare facilities leave people little to no reasonable means for contacting them. read more

I had my first visit at this Work Partners facility located in Oceanside in August. I had a workman's comp case that they attended to me. This establishment is conveniently located just off of Hwy 78 and El Camino Real and that makes it easy to get to. But the located is also in a side area that isn't too congested. The facility itself is clean and the staff are friendly. The WiFi and clean / secure bathrooms are such an added bonus. Each room has a massage chair and this makes waiting a breeze. There are plenty of safety measures in place to prevent the spread of diseases and I really like it here. Very thorough work here. I'm glad I chose this facility to take care of me. read more

I have been calling for over an hour JUST TO SPEKA TO SOMEONE!!!! I am doing a DOT physical and trying to set up an appointment, I kept calling and calling and no one was answering finally an hour later someone answer JUST TO PUT ME BACK ON HOLD!!! It's been over 15 minutes now waiting to change my schedule appointment that I made earlier when I also had to call more than 5 times!!!! Finally they answered and now the "there's no availability for 11/6/24 at 8 am as dot is scheduled after 10 am!" Why would a front desk attendant tell me one thing just for yall to tell me another!?!?! I'm wondering if they even got my appointment correct now because I have lost confidence in the change from work partners to Akeso.... read more

I can't even begin to describe how horrible the service is here! Checked in at 12:30 PM! For a simple physical , and currently getting out around 5:30pm! Staff take work as a joke and I'm a person who is very understanding never have been a Karen or would like to be ! But at one point will have to happen if played with my time! This is the worst place I have ever been to. I had to wait a RIDICULOUS amount of time and I was the only one in the waiting room. It should not take two hours for a physical, drug test and live scan. The dr Cassie was super nice but I only saw her for about 2 minutes...so why did I have to wait 2 hours? The front office ladies seemed to have not a care in the world just laughing, eating and going on their phones. This was ridiculous. I understand waiting when it's busy but it wasn't busy at all!!! If you have the option to not come here then do not come! It was awful. read more

At first arrival, I knew this office was different. It's all about YOU here. The inspiring signs, the welcoming front office staff, efficient check in, compassionate staff and doctors, genuine and kind people who help you during what can be a stressful time. I appreciate each doctor that sees me and I'm comfortable with any doctor. They all treat us with respect, listen to our needs, and are knowledgeable. The OT/PT and acupuncturist are top notch. They take their time listening to my needs, but are also proactive in their approach. I do feel as though each visit is personalized to me and what I need that day. read more

Feels like the staff is knowledgeable however, it also feels like they don't want to be there. I went on a weekend I was told my blood pressure was way high on their machine. It showed at over 175 as I left there literally concerned, I drove myself straight to the VA emergency room where they re-took my blood pressure and it came back in the 130 zone. I have been taking it twice a day for the last three days and come up with the same answer in the world between 130 and 137, 140 at the highest I think there is some room for improvement, but I think the staff at the front desk is great. They might wanna consider getting some friendlier nurses one that will talk to you and Looking and one that will explain things to you rather than push you along I know they're busy, but it's a common courtesy. And why is it that when I requested a copy of my paperwork, they refuse to give it to me. This is what truly drives it down to a three star review, which probably should be lower because I have the right to walk out with a copy of all the paperwork to show my doctor if they're truly that concerned, it shouldn't of been a problem read more

Ray helped me on my initial visit as well as on my follow up. He was so genuinely kind, yet professional. His movements were incredibly streamlined, but he was incredibly personable. Michael, the PA, assisted me after. She was also incredibly personable and made the exam a breeze. They made something that most people view as an inconvenience as smooth as possible. I wasn't sent the live scan paperwork from City, but they managed to find the paper and got my fingerprints done in 10 minutes! Horrible, horrible wait time! Would not recommend- waited almost 3 hrs for a pre employment physical/ drug test/ background check. Was seen an hour after arriving. Was ready to walk out but was told I could not schedule a future appointment and was told I was almost next( not true) apparently there was some room shortages however, other people that arrived after me were being seen before me... at some point I was ready to redo my drug test and I let the receptionist ( her name is maybe Ana... ) know -- she let the nurse know I was ready,but let him know to take his time there was no rush with me! ( at which point he indeed took his time as he never came out to assist me) after 30mins or so of waiting I let the second receptionist know I was ready and she thankfully assisted. read more

I injured my back and arm during one of my students behaviors, I work with children with autism and extreme behaviors. His behavior immediately turned into a seizure. My body went from preparing for a behavior... to my body placing my student into recovery position on the floor. With that, I had a rupture between my 4 & 5 vertabrae. As well, a muscle was torn within the rotator cup on my right arm. This occurred in July. I really enjoy my visits with these doctors, they have and are helping me get back on track and back to working towards working - without limitations. At this time, I can only teach, but...in time I will be back helping my co teachers with the other important hands on happenings in our daily work days. Work Partners have helped me not having to have surgery. My OT specialist is amazing! read more

I was injured at work, was sent here. I was a little nervous as the last business I went to was such a horrible experience I was cringing. Surprisingly it was a great 1st experience for me despite my pain. The office is spacious, looks upgraded, it's clean. There are private restrooms (you'll need to ask an employee for the key code). Front desk ladies are really nice, they try to get you in/out in a timely manner. I didn't have an appointment, just did a walk in. The wait time was reasonable. Doctor was very understanding, compassionate about my pain, explaining what was going on with me. After going through a few questions about past health, medication etc he prescribed me pills to take. We were both confident its something that would help the situation , but I wouldn't need forever or be addicted to. Great staff, overall experience. Went here to get a drug test and a TB test. I called ahead of time to make sure they were doing walk-ins and they were. I stopped by the next morning and the receptionist was friendly. They got me in and out very quickly! Everyone was very professional and nice. It was very easy and if I ever need any of those tests again I will be coming here! read more

I would give a negative star if possible. They tested the wrong car for Covid. I was hung up on repeatedly. Once someone did answer, she told me I had called them too much and to wait 15 minutes for my results. THEY TESTED THE WRONG CAR and I needed assistance. Rude staff and horrible customer service! Had to come here for a fingerprint scan and the woman at the front desk who did the process was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've had to do fingerprints here before and their machine sucks, but this time the woman had the audacity to blame my "sweaty, clammy hands" for "it taking so long." My hands were dry! Until she said that and made me uncomfortable. I tried to be nice and explain that the machine is just sticky and she said "it wasn't until your sweaty fingers." Who talks like that!? Even if my hands were sweating bullets, which they weren't, that is no way to speak to a human being paying for a service. Hope I never have to use WorkPartners again. read more
