My 2012 Honda Fit needed work on its exhaust system and I ended up paying slightly (VERY slightly) more than the $225 estimate I was given. I had anticipated a bill of $500 or more; something I most certainly did NOT share with the franchise owner before the work was done. In short (too late, I suppose), they did the work, and my little four-cylinder no longer sounds like a 2 1/2 ton, ten-wheeled Studebaker troop transport. Never has anyone from this franchise approached me in the middle of a job to tell me I needed to have another $200, $300, $500 - or 75-cents - worth of work done. People love to bitch...especially about their auto mechanic. But in this instance, I had NO bitching to do. Until significant changes are made in the crew of machinists at Meineke's Gardner facility I will continue to be a loyal, satisfied customer. A big "THANK YOU" to all the employees and bosses. They are the best!
