Transmission was junk, next transmission went in and worked for about six months then reverse went out on that one had them deliver a replacement transmission with no issue on that however they were not paying for labor again... was very unimpressed with the quality of the transmissions and customer service. I just crossed the two-year mark but only a year and a half on the third transmission and that is throwing codes. Don't buy anything that has moving parts from them.

He said he'd call me with a time Thursday morning, never get a call. when I called Thursday afternoon I was told the driver was out sick. the woman I spoke with said if she could get away from the office by 4:00 she would come get the vehicle, and if not she would make sure my vehicle was the first one to be picked up Friday No show friday , when I called at 10:00, she said they would be here within the hour. I called back at 1:30 and now they are not answering the call, and since they have caller ID, it's likely they are avoiding my calls now. worst service ever!!!
