UPDATE: 09/11/23…read more NEW REVIEW WITH CARGO TRAILER: I used to buy all my cargo trailers up north but after the awesome experience I had with Diamond K when I bought my dump trailer I decided to swing by and see what they had. Shane was my salesperson before and he was super helpful telling me what he had in inventory before I came down. I was originally looking for a 6x12 budget cargo trailer but when it was all said and done I left with a 7x14 CargoPro Stealth with 9" extra height, aluminum frame and 12' extended length tongue. Shane listened to what I was looking for and helped me change my mind without trying to make me buy something else. These guys always say it like it is and I never feel pressured to buy. They'll sell you whatever you want to buy but they always try to educate along the way which I love. There is so much room in this trailer it's unreal and the height inside is so tall I cannot touch the ceiling (I"m 5' 8") which is great and will allow me to hang so many things overhead. Moving on to the rest of my review. The first time I came to look Shane had a 6x12 up front and ready to go that was exactly what I originally wanted. They have so much inventory it's crazy so he had it pulled up and ready to take home but I ended up taking a night to think over everything he told/showed me about the larger trailer I ended up buying. On Saturday I called to let them know I'm on my way to buy the 7x14 if it was still available. When I got there it was waiting up front with my name on it and the shop techs were making sure it was ready to go. I said, "I'll take it" and about 20 minutes later the paperwork was complete and while I was doing that the shop techs were removing the factory trailer jack with a different one that wouldn't hit my tailgate. Dee Dee (not sure how to spell her name) Shane, Mitch and Chelsea plus all the shop techs are always on it, polite and fun to BS with. I love this place because their prices are good and they make the transaction easy to get in and get out. ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH DUMP TRAILER DECEMBER 2021: Everyone here was great to work with. Shane was my sales rep over the phone and in person. When I arrived they were super busy with customers everywhere, the rain was coming down, it was freezing cold and every employee from the owner to the guys that put them together were making sure everyone got what they needed. I picked out my trailer, the purchase order was done in 5 minutes, they took my money and I was out the door in record time. Everyone was awesome to work with but I really have to hand it to the guys that put them together, hook you up and do the safety checklist before you can leave. They were on it and busting their butt in the worst weather and they did it with a smile on their face - I was impressed!!

We are limited based on the towing capacity of her SUV and it has to fit in our driveway - oh, and it has to have everything my wife wanted in it. After years of pushing off the idea of finding a trailer that would meet the needs of what my wife was wanting, we were finally seriously in the market for a trailer. We didn't have much luck for a couple years until we took a look at the Cloudbreaker units on Bish's lots. This is a pretty basic trailer. It has a bed, a wet bath, a sofa that folds into a bed, a bunk, and a small kitchen area. It also has two awnings, which is pretty cool. It is only 2,500 lbs so it can be towed by my wife's SUV even after she bought 8 million things to cram into the tiny trailer. So, we started asking about it. I talked to the General Sales Manager (Brandon) and he was very upfront about the costs and everything I wanted to know about the unit. My wife came by and looked at several of the Cloudbreakers, just in case one seemed to be in better condition than the others (they had 6 or 7 on the lot). I centered on one and Brandon got everything prepared paperwork-wise pretty quickly. I put down a deposit and gave Bish's a week to get a hefty load of items I wanted put onto the trailer, including the wiring and an electric brake controller, a back-up camera (an absolute MUST for new owners), I wanted sealed EFB batteries, which Bish's stocks, a friction bar (since we didn't put on a WD hitch), TV mount with a TV, and an electric tongue jack. When we came in for orientation, it took quite a while. We were hoping for it to be around 3-1/2 to 4 hours. There is a lunch that Service takes between 12 and 1pm, so it took closer to 5-1/2. We were able to have our orientation done, but the work had to be done on her SUV and such for the brake control. The rest of the items were on the unit and ready to go when we did our orientation. When we got back over to Sales for the rest of our paperwork, Derik was ready with it and went over it so we could get signed off. We got our trip permit and were ready to go. It was a very seamless transaction for us. We also got a deal on our insurance policy. Bish's has their own insurance group and they were able to work with Progressive. My RV is part of my Progressive total policy, but it was actually a bit cheaper than going to Progressive directly (I called them and got a quote). All in all, I was very pleased with my buying experience. Brandon and Derik made it fairly quick and painless. If I were in the market for another RV (and don't give my wife any ideas), I would go back to Bish's RV in Junction City and see what they have.

The financial talk is done by zoom with corporate office, no big deal. They separated Oregons secret sales tax on final bill just like the auto Industry. Everyone was very attentive and professional.
