We hired them to do a thorough inspection of a older used RV before we made the purchase. This RV was one owner and appeared to be in relatively good condition. They gave us a 7 page document that allegedly outlined any/all issues or repairs needed. Their words verbatim "this is a well taken care of Trailer" and even text us NADA comparables on the spot. What they didn't tell us was there was serious water damage into the walls and floors and that as a result it would cost us a lot of money in repairs, and the roof had several holes and compromised areas. There are other concerns as well, such as a toilet leak (unknown if additional damage as of yet) and ceiling damage in the sunlight/shower area that was not well inspected. We have yet to determine full magnitude of water damage there. They also told us the tread on the tires was "good" but they didn't tell us due to the age they needed replacing to prevent a blow out. Major safety issue!!!! Their inspections cannot be trusted and is a total waste of money. This was supposed to be a first trailer for my husband and I who live on a tight budget, along with our toddler. So far it has cost way more than we intended and the repairs are not even close to complete yet. These people could have been honest and would have been paid the same but reality is they didn't so their job. The pictures of the damages speak for themselves. Super disappointing!!

When we sold that coach, it was better than when we originally purchased it. The Marathon Service department made maintaining our coach easy. The coach was kept working extremely well. And they were timely. We got service when we needed service. On the road with a problem? They will overnight the parts you need. Or help find a service shop near you. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.) We sold it because the new coach they offered had compelling new features. Marathon Coach fully deserves their 5 star service rating.

Not a care or concern or reply from Darin at Trades Ok, Inc of all the damage I found and what they covered up on the truck Camper they sold me. The entire roof was sunk in from the a/c back to the front door. Trades ok added spacers to the skylights internally because Lance's have thinner roofs and require a taller skylight. They used cheap skylights and even used random screws so long that the screw came INTO ceiling hallway about 1/2". Also, when I turned on the shower and water pump to test the water system I noticed water gushes out of the underbelly, the pipe was completely detached (pics). Ignoring an upset sales customer is the worst thing you can do vs resolving the issue with a disappointed buyer and making things RIGHT. BBB has been contacted and the FTC. My phone is on!
