I Lost a wheel bering on I-5 and they were less than 5 miles away. I was able to make it to their shop and parked next door at the closed down tire shop. Their customer service was excellent. I was referred to Joe by a family member as the guy to talk to with my tow dolly questions, and I'm so glad I did! Joe spent a solid 15 minutes with me on the phone talking about the various dolly configurations, what to expect towing a small vehicle behind our RV, brake options, legal considerations, basically any question I had for him. And get this: he doesn't even sell dollies. So I basically wasn't a prospective customer from the beginning, but he still took the time to help me make an informed decision buying a dolly second hand. That's customer service. Joe went above and beyond for us. We were getting ready to go on a trip with our youth group and needed to wire up our van for towing a trailer. First he had me come by to make sure I wasn't over looking where the wires were in case they were hidden. Then he ordered the part and made sure we got it even when it didn't fit his schedule perfectly so we could get out of town in town. When I installed it it didn't work, when I got there he told me I put it on backwards... then even though he was backed up with work Joe took the time to fix it. We were heading up from Drain, OR to go to Coeur D'alene for a week long vacation when we noticed that one of the tires on the boat trailer we were hauling was scalding hot to the touch. We stopped at a couple places as we were unsure if it was the wheel bearings or something else and was finally referred to Joe's Truck and Trailer. When we pulled into the driveway of Joe's shop, the tire we were worried about was smoking. Joe came out with one of his guys, took a look, and figured out that it was the brake locking up on the tire. Joe and his crew were super quick at recognizing what was going on and squeezed us into their already busy schedule to fix the problem so that we could get back on the road as soon as we could. We were extremely lucky to end up at a shop with guys who were down to earth and really know their trailers well.
