The chain store down the street would have tried him on for size, upselling him some O' Reilly sourced calipers, new rotors and possibly wheels and tires as well- all for complaint of a little pulling. I myself was getting snows installed, not a huge job- but one they got done very quickly and at a great price- something that while meaningful isn't the end all, be all of something as safety sensitive as tires.

Turns out it was from the people who stole it, slinging gravel in a flatbed. Made them pay for it Ridiculous that an RV would have 44 defects in it brand new. Even more ridiculous that these idiots would keep it a year trying to figure it out. I'm not talking to anything major or structural.. When I pick the unit up, they had a fat bill attached to it. Yes sir, are covering your rear, as I could not forget such a circumstance. If you're at 2400 W. 7th Ave., in Eugene, that's you. I don't care if you have records of a break in or not, your insurance paid for it. Before I pick up my unit, I had to call out the big guns of your dealership to administrate the mess and pare down the stupid bill to something more reasonable for the few items Warranty didn't cover. One guy got fired over it. Another one of the GS family members who served as an advocate to sort out the BS got demoted afterward (well that's what he told me ) because his decisions were viewed as losing money. You may not work on Keystone anymore, but you sure the hell did then. You guys even called and tried to get me to accept cheap interstate batteries after my two expensive Centennial 6 V golf cart batteries were stolen. Snakes. Paint repair and fiberglass repair on my rear cap work was done by the business adjacent (practically inside the fence) to your back parking lot . Oh, it was you alright. I would keep quiet if I were you because anything you say further is simply a lie of convenience and CYA. What responsibility or credibility is built upon. Something woefully lacking in the RV Repair business.

The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). We called Sully's and they came out right away and diagnosed the problem. They came back out and removed the old AC and replaced it with the new AC in less than an hour. They are a husband and wife team and do a very good job. They do not rush to get done and they are efficient. They picked up everything when they were done, and put things back that had to be moved outside in order to work on our motorhome. Very nice, personable, great communication, and we highly recommend them!! We will call them again for any mobile repair we may need in the future.

We hired them to do a thorough inspection of a older used RV before we made the purchase. This RV was one owner and appeared to be in relatively good condition. They gave us a 7 page document that allegedly outlined any/all issues or repairs needed. Their words verbatim "this is a well taken care of Trailer" and even text us NADA comparables on the spot. What they didn't tell us was there was serious water damage into the walls and floors and that as a result it would cost us a lot of money in repairs, and the roof had several holes and compromised areas. There are other concerns as well, such as a toilet leak (unknown if additional damage as of yet) and ceiling damage in the sunlight/shower area that was not well inspected. We have yet to determine full magnitude of water damage there. They also told us the tread on the tires was "good" but they didn't tell us due to the age they needed replacing to prevent a blow out. Major safety issue!!!! Their inspections cannot be trusted and is a total waste of money. This was supposed to be a first trailer for my husband and I who live on a tight budget, along with our toddler. So far it has cost way more than we intended and the repairs are not even close to complete yet. These people could have been honest and would have been paid the same but reality is they didn't so their job. The pictures of the damages speak for themselves. Super disappointing!!

I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.

I didn't expect it to be this clean, I didn't need it to be this clean, and I don't know if I've ever seen it this clean. JP Auto also buys/sells cars and does repairs.
