DO NOT take your car or truck to this palace! If I could give this shop a negative rating, I would. They will lie and over charge you. I took my truck there to be repaired twice. They charged me $1,100 dollars for a front end job that should have cost me $700.00. And they messed up the part that they put on and denied doing it after another shop found it, I had to pay another $200.00 to have it fixed. Luckily, they felt sorry for me and didn't charge me labor. I had a line that was leaking replaced on my car and it started leaking two weeks later. Their work is suppose to have a one year warranty. They gave me the run around for three months and still didn't fix it. I am out another $500.00 dollars! The manager will smile and lie to your face. Don't believe anything that he says. The guys don't know what they're doing.. maybe minor stuff is ok but I took my truck in to get the spark plug changed and they said it was going to break and they couldn't do anything with it.. still charge me $45 to just look at it and tell me they can't do anything . took to another place and they fixed it for $90 read more

My husband and I have been getting our repairs done at Parkside for years now. They are honest, priced fairly, and do good work. They treat me with respect (not like knows nothing about cars simply by being a woman). They clearly place developing a relationship with repeat customers above getting a big repair bill. For example, once after doing extensive work to try and diagnose a problem, when they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me for anything they did. Instead, they sent me up to use the dealership's more sophisticated diagnostic equipment, then gave me a much better deal on the necessary repair, and an honest opinion about which things the dealership was trying to gouge me on that could wait to be replaced. read more

these guys rescued me when my car had brake issues in the snow last year. then they did some oil changes for me, then my husbands truck died and we had a huge repair to do. the guys here were so kind and worked with us. the truck is fixed and running great. I go no where else now! they even did a windshield replacement for us! They had their window guy order the glass and meet us there. gave me a ride home whenever needed too. fair priced, and honest! gotta love that! read more

I have been a used car dealer for almost 20 years now, I started dealing with parkside about a year ago, and I tell you I will never take my business elsewhere. Very kind staff, ASE certified mechanic is a huge plus for me, very knowledgable and knows what he's talking about. Quick and friendly service. Be aware!!! He's a crook!!! I walked in for a tune up on my Audi he asked $400 just for 4 spark plugs and 1 ignition coil...He said one of the sparks was stuck he has to use a special tool to take it out and it will take him 6 hours, but I asked to go to the back and see it myself which he had already taken out all 4 spark plugs using DW-40 on one of the sparks that was stuck...He thought I was stupid for some odd reason maybe because I was dressed nice, he thought I was just another young man with a pocket full of money and don't know how to spend my money. Then he tells me the coil alone costs $80 and spark plugs cost $100 for the set of NGK ... I told him the borsch coil cost $20 and the NGK OEM cost $30 for the set. Who are you fooling? He got really nervous and upset and tried to bet with me over $5,000 if I can find a better deal, I said to him; "Simply shove that $5,000 back where it came from!! I'm NOT HUNGRY and won't make bets with dishonest people" ... I requested my keys back after he tried making me sign a paper which I didn't sign. This man is a joke!!! Dishonest and will get you if you weren't smart enough!!! He puts on a fake smile!!! ... I have the tools so I ended up ordering the NGK sparks and 4 ignition coils + Air filter and a carbon filter for the A/C for only $120 good brands....I was disgusted!!! read more
