I went to Blue Fig farms because the internet thought they might have British food. I guessed that…read moreingredients for Indian cookery is what they specialize in so there could be cross overs. I keep reading about how brown sauce is a staple on every table in the UK. HP Sauce is the main brand. I stopped in on afternoon Saturday the 7th. First impression was similar to the Asia market on White Lane, maybe less cluttered, more like a small supermarket. Walking the isles I didn't see it. To make sure I asked a stock clerk. He was friendly, hadn't heard of HP Sauce but walked me to where it might be. No luck. I didn't want to leave empty handed so brought an apple soda in a clear plastic can shaped like an aluminum can up to the register. I guess they took those earlier negative reviews to heart. The cashier, a man in his 40s or 50s, was so friendly. Joking with me in a dad joke way then gifting me a little morsel on my way out. I'm sure no one else gets treats, I was wearing my cervical collar, pretty sad looking. They have a lot of different foods there. Great produce. Just don't count on finding much British food.

You can get a quick meal to go, which I haven't done yet but am looking forward to. The aromas are Devine. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. They have a small but excellent meat department. I noticed that they have very reasonable prices and the lamb is especially affordable compared to other markets. They have a vast array of what are exotic groceries compared to other markets. I love to just peruse the isles when I'm there. I wish they had cooking classes. It would be interesting to learn how to use ingredients I'm not familiar with. I highly suggest a visit. You won't be disappointed.

The carne asada here is incredibly flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. It always turns out so delicious on the grill that I find myself wishing I could pack some up and bring it all the way back to Los Angeles with me! My dad absolutely loves grilling whenever we come to visit, and without fail, this is the only market we buy our carne asada from. It's become a family tradition at this point, and every cookout is something we all look forward to. Beyond the amazing meat selection, the market itself is clean, organized, and easy to shop. Everything is neatly stocked, making it simple to find what you need without feeling overwhelmed. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which makes the experience even better. Whether you're stopping by for their famous carne asada or just picking up groceries, this is a neighborhood market that's definitely worth visiting. It's easy to see why my family has remained loyal customers, and I'll always look forward to coming back every time I'm in Bakersfield.

The staff checked in with my boyfriend and I multiple times to see if I needed any help, especially the gentleman working at the meat counter, who was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a smooth, in-and-out shopping experience. Even though I was visiting from out of town, the outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. I'll definitely be making the trip back to this exact location because of how well I was treated!

The customer service in those departments was outstanding--everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience. I actually live on the other side of town, but I choose to shop at this location because they consistently have the best produce and always have the items I need in stock big shoutout to produce dep. The store is clean, organized, and well-managed, which makes every visit enjoyable. It's rare to find a grocery store that delivers such great products and service so consistently. Definitely worth the extra drive, and I highly recommend this Sprouts location!

They literally have everything that I need except for vegetarian lunch meat. Lol and if they do carry it, they're always out of it. Other than that, I literally go here for everything certain things might be more expensive than going to Albertsons or Trader Joe's but you're going to get better quality here and you have to watch out for the "manager's specials". I swear I live off of the manager specials. Last week I purchased 2 bottles of probiotics that are normally $56 and I only paid five dollars each. On Wednesdays, you get 5 dollar sushi. Today I went and they had pastor raised eggs, 6 for $1.50. So of course I purchased four cartons. I saw in the freezer section some dumplings for $.99. I bought them before, they were really good. I just didn't need any more of them today. So you can definitely shop here if you're on a budget. You just have to look around. You collect points every time you shop here and eventually you will have enough to turn into dollars. And you have to check your app. One time I got 30% off of all of my groceries. The store carries raw milk and cheese. I feel like the cheese is pricey, but the milk is reasonable. The staff is pretty efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking. Store is always clean.
