From my initial appointment, to Tony calling in the morning to confirm the appointment, and then working around my schedule so I could coordinate being home as I had errands to run that day. He called me 1/2 hour before he was going to show up and the timing worked perfectly. He explained the differences between the different brands of high security deadbolts, and did a great job installing, and cleaning up before he left. I tried saving some money and doing it myself and going the Home Depot way. Tony fixed my problem, secured my door (and my neighbours too), and had such a cheery attitude I don't think I could even consider going some place else. When I got my bill, I thought it would cost more. In the end, adding all the costs of trips to Home Depot, and having failing equipment I just wish I had called them in the first place. They are also doing the work on my building as I am on the strata, and I couldn't be happier and more confident that our security problems will be a thing of the past.The advice he offered for the building really makes sense and I feel that I am in good hands. They said they could do it and had the right fob, but would take an hour or more and needed the car for a bit. Called the morning of the day I had time, brought the car to them and after they looked at my fob for 10 min decided they didn't have the correct fob. I asked if they could order it. They said sure, but then decided it might not work given my car is 5 years old.??? So, that's why I came with the fob prior, advised of the make, model and year.... They were nice, but if they don't have the expertise or correct parts why waste a customers time???

Today, the locksmith came again and trespassed, attempted to remove the lock and was holding a deadly weapon while insulting my team and causing quite a bit of commotion.
