    Chicken Shawarma Platter

All of the food here is fresh and flavorful. I got the chicken shawarma platter, and everything from the vegetable mix to the chicken to the sauce was amazing. Truly some of the best chicken shawarma I've had, and the portions are huge. The hummus was nutty and creamy and delicious with the pita.

Stumbled upon Al Zein after dance practice (shoutout Planet U Bollywood dance next door!) and had some of the most excellent meals in the ATL area. Reasonably priced, extremely well seasoned, great variety. Simply delicious! The staff is also the kindest you will find in the city.

I'm so sad. Such great reviews. #1 - our daughter took a bite of the sandwich. She pulled a long hair out of her mouth. Gross. #2 - Fattoush salad. Okay. Very little lettuce. Flavor is actually better than the first bite. Dressing is what makes it, where's the mint and parsley though? I love this salad, but this one was just meh. For almost $12 - I expected way more. #3 - chicken Shwarma platter. Good. Not great. Got 1/4 piece of pita. At $22, trust me, I expect not only more pita, but better quality. The chicken is shaven and dry. The toum is good though. #4 - I ordered grape leaves (dolmades). - I ordered ahead online. I waited for about 15 minutes; and only 1 other group of people came in after me and ordered food, the gentleman tells me they are out. Really?! You must have known that when I walked in. Well, they didn't have it. So ... I ordered the falafel as a replacement. They are decent. Served with hummus and some veggies. Lukewarm. Overall, I had high hopes. We grew up in Detroit and Dearborn where there are many amazing Persian, Lebanese and Mediterranean restaurants. I'll have to stick to Noosh or Rumi's Kitchen. This one lacked luster. And, for a fairly expensive lunch (& the fact that we couldn't eat a $13 sandwich due to their poor hygiene and quality control in-house) we won't waste our time. I hope the owners see this and make changes for the future.

Mixed shawarma honestly hit the spot. one half was chicken and the other lamb. I couldn't pinpoint which one was better because both were flavorful and the best part is I don't have to because I can just order mixed again next time. Service was timely and friendly. I will say their baba ganoush was a different style than I used to and found it less of an eggplant flavor and more of other refreshing veggies. I personally prefer a stronger eggplant flavor but to each their own.

First of all, it's crazy authentic and like being transported to the Middle East, which is amazing to see in John's Creek. Every single woman was in hijab and the music carries you to Tehran. Prices are very fair. The inside is relaxed with a mix of tables and booths. You go up to the counter, order and pay, then wait for your number to be called. I got the mixed shawarma platter ($17) which comes with chicken and beef. I wanted to substitute my fries for hummus but that wasn't allowed. I think it'd be nice if they made that an option as most other places do. The portion size was very generous and the food is EXTREMELY fresh. Everything is out of this world delicious and hands down the best shawarma I've had since living in Georgia.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I met with a friend who speaks Arabic and has been there several times and knows what to order. It's a very small restaurant with limited tables. You get your drink from a cooler and order at the register and pay. A food runner brings the food to the table by the number displayed. This restaurant doesn't not have alcohol. The food was very good and I enjoyed myself.

Arabic Beef Shawarma (half eaten) with Garlic Sauce

We ordered delivery and are floored at how delicious everything is. We got the Arabian beef plates and the hummus -10/10 all around. And the wrap is grilled to seal, so crispy. We can't wait to visit in person!

Wow!! This shawarma gave me flashbacks to my childhood in the streets of Dubai!! My wife and I got the Arabic Chicken Shawarma. It comes with Chicken shawarma cut into pieces, perfect crispy fries, a good portion of creamy garlic sauce and a chili paste, and the most delicious cucumber pickles. This family owned business is soo clean and neat. The customer service was outstanding. The friendly woman at the counter explained the menu to us and answered all our questions. I definitely can't wait to come back! We couldn't even wait to get home to let all our family know about this new place that we found.

The inside is uncomfortably hot. My plan was to eat inside but the heat made me choose take-out. Also, the cashier explained that they had lunch specials but the lunch specials were significantly smaller than the regular meals. I went with the regular meals. I went with the Beef and lamb Shwarm. It looks like striped meat over yellow rice. The sauce is amazing. The hummus is good. Plenty of food. The salad was top tier. Natural food tastes great. Not too appealing to look at. Not bad but not photogentic.

The service has always been really great, and the owner is genuinely nice and always ready for a pleasant conversation. But sometimes the food comes out... average at best? I really only come here when I have the taste for mediterranean fare but don't feel like cooking it since it's so nearby. There are some things they do well. I like their baba ganoush, hummus, and beet salad. But other things are a bit lackluster and the meats can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's dry, other times it's succulent. The pita is toasted, but you can surely tell it isn't made fresh. My husband is obsessed with wings and even he said the wings served here are a BIG no. Also cannot recommend the fries, as they've been notoriously dry and cold. Perhaps we should not have expected good wings given that it's primarily mediterranean fare lol. The parking situation is also abysmal. They share a really small lot and the individual spots are poorly marked. This place is off of Briarcliff and the traffic is notorious for being bad, so that makes coming and going that much harder in a lot that's already a little treacherous. When the parking lot is full, it is like playing 2-ton Tetris. I'll also note that the hours can sometimes be a suggestion, and they unexpectedly close earlier than indicated (but will leave a handwritten note). This place seems to be a local favorite. The prices are nice. I just wish it was more reliable with taste and quality.
