Tried the half chicken and wasn't a big fan. Pretty tasty, but the soft meat wasn't grilled or fried, however they cooked it, slightly mushy like it was more boiled, not sure. But for $20, I didnt feel like it was worth it. I heard the chicken sandwiches are good, but then again, those are everywhere. The chicken is moist, juicy, and delicious! I had a garlic flavor half chicken platter with rice and that creamy corn side dish. We came for lunch since we were nearby. We ordered two lunch combos and shared. Both were pretty tasty. There are not much sitting inside, the decoration is very warm and pleasant. It's self-service style, you choose food on the counter, they will serve to your table. The only thing I was not satisfied is the quantity: with $11-13 a piece, food was simply not enough. I love the flavor of peri peri spice. The peri peri sauce on Chicken Rice Bowl is different than that of Peri Peri Chick Leg, it has lemon flavor blend in, the leg obviously was marinated with peri peri sauce before being grilled. Both were tender and juicy with unmistakable peri peri spicy taste. These peri-peri peppers are known as the African Bird's Eye chile, not as hot as habanero, but it's close to tabasco pepper, peppers grow wild in southern Africa and remind me its history and culture. Good amount of food for the price that will definitely leave you filling stuffed after you leave. The peri peri sauce which is the key seasoning for most of the dishes really offers nice spicy kick to the dishes and you can specify how spicy you want it or even add more as they offer is a bottle you can bring back to your table. They're also offer some dessert options that just a savory and filling. Definitely worth checking this place out in my opinion as there aren't too many restaurants with this type of cuisine in the area. read more

Very clean and casual burger and wing place. the workers were very nice and checked in on us mid meal even though it's a pick up your food and sit down type of place. We tried the peri beef burger and the impossible burger. There were some differences with their online menu and their menu at the counter. Their veggie burger is the impossible burger. Both burgers were very simple and well seasoned. Loved the sauce. The beef burger $12 had a mild heat to the seasoning that was tasty and the buns were good. I thought the impossible burger $10 was very nice too. We thought there were burgers with onion rings based on pictures here and on their slideshows but their menu didn't have any that we could tell. Slightly above average wait for food/drink, but that's just to be expected from a new restaurant. Staff put up with our clumsiness while ordering/paying. Laiba was the sweetest and they treated us like dine-in guests which is rare for a fast food experience. Place was clean with good flavors and a relaxed home-cooked vibe that didn't make me feel like I was being rushed in and out. Good-looking lunch specials I'll have to check out next time. I had no idea this opened over here so was excited to see it when I was shopping and hungry! I got the peri chicken wrap and peri fries, both were great. The price seemed high especially for a lunch special but it's great quality and I could only finish half so it was worth it to me. I'm a spicy gal and let me just tell you... hot means hot chicken was cooked to perfection, I don't know how they got the wrap grilled as yummy as they did it was crispy and a little salty, yummmm. This was my second time at Peri Peri Grill and both experiences were really great! They have chicken in a variety of ways but I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have multiple dessert options as well! The restaurant serves on ceramic bowls and wooden boards if you dine in. They have 5 levels of flavor to choose from and my favorite is garlic. The portion sizes are great and full of flavor. I definitely recommend trying. Peri Peri is a seasoning and style of cooking that revolves around the African bird's eye chili pepper. Chicken is the most prominent featured protein, but beef is also available if you're more of a red meat fan. I ordered a half chicken for $14.95. Peri Peri Grill is another place that doesn't use the big steroid-infused chicken. The flavors are better this way. There are also probably long-term health benefits. The downside to really small chicken is that it can leave you hungry. I'd advise adding a regular side for $3 if you're a hungry lad like me. The unique flavors at The Peri Peri Grill make it worthwhile to return and try more. If you regularly eat spicy food, don't be afraid to try their hottest sauce. read more

First visit, and not knowing what to order, I got a Peri Peri chicken quesadilla with medium heat (garlic) and fried okra side. The fried okra was great. the chicken quesadilla contained tiny bones that, had I eaten fast, might've have caused a choking hazard. Imagine if I had ordered that for a child! Finding bones in my chicken quesadilla is a deal breaker. Cannot recommend this place, nor am I ever returning. You've been warned! read more

($24 for two thighs, two legs and three wings) Its grilled chicken with sauce on the top. They keep extra bottles on the side for you to add as much as you want. Chicken was dry, not very flavorful and the sauce they put on top covered any smoky taste from the grill. Sauces taste like the B-dubs sauces they sell at Kroger. This is from December last year. I called them to place an order for pickup, and was told that they only take orders in-person and the order shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. I drove to the restaurant and found a long line of orders. After waiting for over 10 mins in the line, I get to order a chicken sandwich for my son who is allergic to dairy. They assured me that they will make a dairy-free sandwich for my son. We received our order after 30 mins waiting outside the restaurant, although they told us over the phone that it wouldn't take more than 10 mins. When we got home, my son had a severe allergic reaction after eating the sandwich. They added a sauce in the sandwich which apparently had dairy in it. I called the restaurant that night and left a voicemail, but never heard back from them. The owner of this restaurant is not trustworthy! PS: Suggestion to the restaurant owner, nobody wants to wait outside your restaurant to pick the order. You should start taking orders on the phone. read more

What a lovely treat! We had the rice chicken bowl (lemon and herb), chicken wrap with hot sauce, peri peri chicken quesadilla and ending with falooda for the sweet treat. We got peri peri fries and peri Mayo corn (comes on the cob) as our sides. Everything came out quickly and super fresh! The first time I came here on a Saturday at 11:30 am and it was closed-no sign as to why. Today, I arrived at 2 pm and they had no rice made (one of the main sides).
