If there was 0 stars to give I would give it to this place!!! I was just informed that a family member of mine whom recently passed away, did not make it to his court date after being bailed out from this company. Well to me that would be of course obvious, that a deceased man would not come walking into the court house for his court date!! However, Aladdin Bail Bonds is still going after my uncle now for this money!! As if a grieving father does not have enough to go through, they have the nerve to try & collect this money from him!!! My cousin is an ex-marine and fought for this country to give us all the rights as Americans we have, it's sad to see that a company like this not only has no honor or respect for our fallen troops, but has the audacity to put a price on a lost life!!! I did need to use their services for one particular person (we won't mention names here) and they were great! I went to was adding to bail my boyfriend out and Aladdin said that they could help they said I could give them $200 and they would get my boyfriend out I went to the office and Alfonso help me I told him I had to be at work by 1 he said I'd be out and I was we filled out the paperwork and during the paperwork filling out he was on the phone with another client that was upset when he got off the phone I asked him how long it would take for him to be processed out Alfonso said 4 to 8 is the standard time for an inmate to be released I got off of work at 9:30 and my boyfriend was still in Santa Rita so when I got home I called Aladdin the lady that answered the phone didn't know what was going on she looked it up for me and inform me that my boyfriend could not be bailed out because he had a warrant hold but no one had called me to inform me this I asked her could I go the next day and get my money she said she didn't think so probably on Monday so the next day I called Alfonso and he was good morning can I help you and I said well yeah I want to know why no one informed me last night that my boyfriend could not get out of jail he said I called the number you left I told him I told you I had to be at work and I cannot carry my phone on me why didn't you call my job didn't you think that it was an important enough he had no response I said when can I pick up my money on Monday he said oh no you can't pick your money up on Monday our office manager is off on Monday and Tuesday I said are you kidding me so I have to wait until after Christmas to get the money that I paid you already think I'll my boyfriend. What you didn't do he said yes I said there's no other assistant manager no one else has the keys are you kidding me he said no can I explain I said no you can't explain you should have been explaining last night but you didn't even leave a message you didn't call my job and now you can't get my money back to me until after Christmas so thank you very much Aladdin for making me be more upset than I was initially and for the worst Christmas I would think that with all the information that you gather on me that you could have used some of it and called my job to inform me that my boyfriend could not be released & Maybe not to put my money in a playset you knew you couldn't get access to why isn't there someone there that has access to the money besides a manager who isn't there from Saturday through Tuesday I thought you were open 24 hours is that only to take people's money and not do your job and contact them when something like not being released so since it's being my first time of bailing someone out it was the worst experience that I've had made my holiday sadder and will never use them again they were the worst ever just wanted to post my experience they're all friendly to take your money but then when it's time to give it back because they can't do their job read more

First, I would never recommend putting yourself in the position where you would need to use Aladdin Bail Bonds. Second, if you are in that position I would certainly recommend their services. They are considerate, patient and understanding and go out of their way to make it work. Like the other reviewer, it wasn't me but I did vouch for another person and arranged a payment plan. They were prompt and professional, got the person in question out of Sta Rita likity split and resolved some unforseen issues. To that person who gave a negative review because Aladdin expected to be paid their fee -- What do you expect? You (your uncle) agreed to pay. He signed that he would pay and you are upset that they expect to be paid what he agreed to pay them? The prompt and professional service they provide is fee-based. Even though the person I vouched for had all charges dropped, the fee is still owed. They have several "branches" throughout the Bay Area. Hayward seems to be open 24/7 but others aren't. read more
