Proprietor was nice and the store was clean. The store is a combination head shop/tobacco shop/vape shop, so I bypassed the cannabis products as that is not my thing. This review is solely for their cigars. They had a relatively impressive humidor with some quality cigars, albeit at inflated prices. Again, I was in a pinch, so I made a few purchases anyway despite the markup. However, upon getting home, each cigar I purchased proceeded to crack and fall apart as they were smoked, indicating poor humidification. Whoever maintains these humidors: please get a handle on proper humidity, because you are drying out what would be some excellent cigars, and you're selling cigars that are DRIED OUT. It defeats the purpose of enjoying a fine cigar. Lesson learned, and $60 down the drain. Won't be back.

The manager Kyle greeted me and informed me of all their products and philosophy on why they stocked the brands they did. He was extremely informative and helpful with all the questions I had. The only complaint I have is that they do not have a location closer to me. But I am in NY so I understand why they would not want to set up a shop there. The establishment is impeccably clean and organized so everything is easy to find. If you require any vape related products, I would highly recommend checking these guys out. Ample parking is available across the street from the storefront also.

I've never been spoken to like that in my life, especially by someone representing a business. The situation only escalated when Gabby went out of her way to call me back later from her personal phone -- clearly not the store line -- and threatened to have her "boys" come after me, my husband, and even my 9-year-old son. Threatening a child is beyond inexcusable. I don't know if she was just trying to intimidate me or if I should genuinely be fearful for my family's safety, but either way it's completely unacceptable. On top of that, I've personally witnessed questionable activity at this shop, which makes her behavior even more concerning. Customers should feel safe and respected when they interact with a business, and this was the exact opposite. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
