HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! You have been warned. I wish I would have listened to the negative reviews but I chose convenience instead because they are close to my home. I would give zero stars if I could. I have been coming here for a while getting comforters cleaned and close hemmed. I am a lawyer and wear a lot of suits. My pants and suits are expensive so I am very particular about the alterations and expect good quality professional alterations. I have had hemming here before with no issue. Well 3 weeks ago I dropped off 5 pairs of new expensive suit pants to be hemmed and they were an array of unique colors. When I dropped them off I told Don the owner to make sure they were hemmed with matching thread as professional hemming should be done. I pick them up the next week and they look horrible!! Sloppy stitching, unraveling thread, and they used black and white thread on all the pants (see pic). I saw this AFTER Don rang me up and I paid. I told him absolutely not this is not what I requested. He said fine leave them and they will fix. Came back a week later (so they had my pants for 2 weeks total ) and look at the work they did? Horrible nothing changed. They said they only had black and white thread. I said why didn't you tell me that when I dropped them off I could have taken them somewhere else! This is not what I paid you to do.. his response "no one can see them it's on the inside". So that is there excuse for sloppy work. That no one can see. He then tells me that the person who did my alterations before is retired. Again he did not tell me this or I would have went elsewhere. His response.."I don't have to tell you anything". Don is nice when you don't have any complaints but as soon as you have an issue with the work or service he is rude, dismissive and the other older guy that does the alterations is very aggressive and rude. They have ZERO customer service skills which is very important in this type of business because issues are inevitable so how you resolve and handle them is what matters and they absolutely do not care!! Stay clear of this place!! The last photo is proper hemming from a different company which I had to pay more to fix the crappy work Don's employees did of the same exact pants. Work at Dons place was sloppy and you can see the white thread peeling already the same day I picked them up and they hadn't been worn or washed yet!! Worst part he refused to give me a full refund he gave me only $40 when I paid $75. No worries I did a charge back at my bank and they will be getting the money for them so either way I got my money back. I will be reporting them to the BBB and code enforcement because why is their company not even registered or listed on FL sunbiz??! read more

I've been going here for 20 years. Cleaning, alterations, sewing on patches never had a problem.

I am a novice to dry cleaning and recently purchased several sweaters that were rather pricy. Which I don't normally spend money like this. So I thought a dry cleaner would be the best place to go. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the rinse, wash, repeat method that they used. I picked up my items giving no thought of concern but when I got home I realized they had all been pressed. These items were very light, fluffy and delicate. I took them back to tell the owner what happened and his response was "well you didn't say no press". I thought they were the clothing experts. He said he could fix them. But when I came back they were still matted and severely creased. So they tried again, now they are not only matted, and still creased but there is some strange set of wholes on each sleeve, along with some kind of stain on one sleeve. My favorite peace of course. The elastic around the neck, cuffs and bottom are severely stretched out. The consistency and quality of the fabric has been completely ruined. I am so upset and disappointed. I called a few other dry cleaners about the issue and it seems to be a common practice. I just didn't realize that these dry cleaners are simply rinse, wash, repeat, unless you as the customer instruct them differently. I've only taken some shirts to this place in the past and they did a good job. But there wasn't anything specific to know about the material, they were dress shirts. They know that I'm not satisfied and definitely didn't offer a refund or anything else. I also didn't ask because I was just so astonished by the process and their reaction. 1) Disrespectful manager who didn't take ownership for the damage. Didn't refund for what I paid and didn't agree to pay for damage. Instead told me to get the F@@! I took 8 Versace outfit to this location and they was completely ruin do to the starch and the amount of steam they use they completely faded every single outfit one of my shorts the string to keep them tight the tips burnt off like how do you manage to do that when I spoke to the owner very rude didn't care very lost in the source i do not and repeat myself do not recommend this cleaners to anyone unless you have cheap clothes the guy that operate the machines in the back starting preaching to me like it was a church not a buisnesa again will not recommend at all read more

They do an acceptable job on the shirts I bring in, and I appreciate them being there with everything that's been going on for over a year!

Don't waste your money. Dry cleaning is over priced. Stains stills existed and smelled the same when I brought it in.
