That said, after speaking with the technician, they are reducing some of the installation cost and replacing the deadbolt with a thinner profile at no extra charge. I should have called them first, instead of venting online. Thus the reason I don't like the ability to write quick reviews. I would definitely reccomend this company to you for your locksmith needs. Just be sure to confirm the cost before agreeing to the work so that you are not surprised. Again, the technician was professional, kind, and easy to work with. His work was done well and we are happy with the functionality and quality of the locks. I really appreciated the fact that he took time to listen to my concerns and offer good advice without trying to upsale me to more expensive locks than I needed. Again, after calling them and talking through my frustrations at the total cost, they showed kindness and concern when they could have blown me off and not cared. A high quality locksmith with quality products is not cheap, but in the long run will be worth the cost. I will definitely be calling them back for any future locksmith needs.
