Upon arrival the tech asked my husband if he wanted him to change the lock for $85 my husband declined because it was too expensive. The tech proceed to drill a hole in our lock and then gave my husband a bill for $195 plus $20 service call. We were floored by the cost. My husband told the tech we were quoted a much lower rate and the tech said for us to call the rep. My husband called the rep only for her to say she needs to confirm the services with the tech and give a call back. It's been 3 hours and no call and when we call the number back no one picks up. Poor customer service and scamming of customers.
