Original Post 07/12/25 but today 07/15/25 I am so happy and excited that the Manager over all the 4 facilities to drop off hazardous waste after I left a message called back to state that he had located my item. I was so happy and glad that he put in effort to help me. I thanked him immensely and let him know how appreciated he is. I will from now on make sure to have my items correctly separated and properly sorted. ......On 07/12 I came to drop off a few items and mistakenly one item was taken. I went back to the facility to ask for my item back, but they refused. The manager refused to give me my item. I was very distraught. I had anxiety. I asked him why you wouldn't just give me my item that was mistakenly taken instead of making it so frustrating. I've gone to this facility for probably 10+ years and I've never had a problem until this time and I was just so surprised and take it back that they wouldn't help me. I called and left a message on the message line to see if there was anyone to help me but at this point I feel like it's a total loss. Went there to drop box off fluorescent tubes. Had like 2 dozens of them that previous of owner of the house left me as garbage I suppose. Those tubes are considered hazardous. Went there on Friday during lunch time. I was the only customer. No appointment required. You stay in the card and they will ask for id. You pop the trunk and they will take them. As soon as they see these many tubes they quickly asked if I was with any business (I suppose this site is only for household Not commercial). I said no. They didn't believe me and ask my DL and say they will check my id against known registered business. Happy to comply and Of course it retuned nothing because what I told them is the truth - precious house owner left me this junk. It was also kinda funny cuz when i said it t was previous owner one of the guys said "why is everyone telling us that" implying using precious house owner leaves hazardous materials. Easy and free! Love this service. You download and fill out their online form. Bring it with you and your load of household waste. I came on a Saturday early afternoon. There was one car ahead of me and was done in no time. The process starts by your handing over your form their your driver's window. I was instructed to stay in my car for my safety. Just pop your trunk and let them handle everything. Two guys in head to toe personal protective wear will handle each item and sort them, returning your buckets to the trunk. Quick scan of driver's license and answered that I have a appointment time. Opened trunk and they asked what items were being disposed. Had I known how easy this was, I would have come by ages ago! You drive up, open the trunk, they take it out, and you drive away! So simple! No need to call ahead and no fees! Highly recommend you bring everything in a box or bag to make it easier for them to grab and go. I heard if you want your box back, you can ask. Not sure of the limitations, but you can bring household batteries, paint, cell phones, random cables, broken electronics, etc. Went at noon on a Saturday, wasn't crowded at all. Easy peasy. A gated facility where you drive up to get your stuff hauled away. It's free and you don't even have to get out of your car! We filled out the form online and drove all our stuff to the facility. They took our old paint and electronics out of our car while we waited inside. The only thing is that they were not able to take all the cardboard boxes and containers we transported our junk in, but definitely not a deal breaker. Will be back to dispose of other hazardous waste. read more

These folks are amazing. You don't need to do a thing. Bring your hazardous waste, turn off your car and fill out a form. They will take care of the rest. Cleaning out our home for my aging parents is hard enough. This is one less thing I have to worry about. Also a plus is that their customer service is amazing. I called at 12:45PM Monday afternoon on June 27th, 2016. Whoever was working the phone was absolutely unprofessional. I asked her questions about residential and business waste management and she resisted giving me said information. I'm sure the facility is great. I read the recent reviews and that is what originally peaked my interest in calling them and asking for help. But I had such a bad experience with whoever was working the phone that I had to log onto my barely used yelp account to leave a review.
