Today I went in for 3 fillings. I was having horrible anxiety, and I really wanted to cancel the appointment. Rox and Dr. Kim took great care of me and they were incredibly patient as I made them aware of my anxiety. They talked me through the whole process as they worked quickly and efficiently, and they expressed that they were available for whatever I might need to alleviate the anxiety. For the first time in my life, I have found a dental office that actually cares about me, my comfort, and my safety. I highly recommend this place! That all being said, I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had here. Wonderful is a stretch as I had a tooth extracted so not too much fun. I know things are a bit different as we are in the COVID times but I entered the building, filled out reasonable paperwork and was taken directly back. Didn't weight long for Dr. Nielsen. She went over all my options, was completely transparent with her treatment plan and cost. She built customer trust right away. Her overall concern seemed to be my overall welfare while in her seat. The office staff and dental assistants were super friendly, professional, helpful and while the actual treatment wasn't fun, her approach and bedside manner really won me over. Take note that I'm not an "Easy A" so you speak. Details: not a lot of close parking, right on Main Street, also accepts Delta Dental of WA I couldn't recommend this place more for future dental needs.

Keep in mind I have put up with the uncomfortableness in my mouth for over a year and a half. I am not a fan of Dentist , I never have been , that's why I am in the position I'm in now. BUT let me tell you some thing, If have any fear in dentistry this is absolutely the dental office you want to go to. The two times I have been into this office I am greeted so kindly when I come through the door . They immediately cover all Covid related issues as far as taking your temperature down to CLEAN pens after you check in. I was 100% impressed and also respectful because they are taking every precaution they possibly can ! BUT that's just the front of the office. Then I met the dentist and let me tell you! He is an absolute GOD! Vallan Charron! So gentle and his personality is awesome. Yesterday I had to go back for a minor adjustment and when I called to make the appointment they were able to get me in the next day! This would definitely be the only dentist I go to. From the front office to the back office and down to this doctor what an awesome experience in a dental office, in my 40 years of being afraid of dentist. I wish I could had found him years ago. The WORST service ever! She continuously threatened me with 'the waiting room' for not putting the teeth they made in my mouth and look in the mirror, at one point I thought she was going to slap me even. Megan refused to listen to anything I had to say about the situation and demanded i take the teeth and wear them for a couple days before I made up my mind, but the teeth were exactly wat I didn't want and I told the dentures this several times. Megan continued trying to humiliate and embarrass me as she attempted to intimidate me into taking those teeth. When all her tactics failed she tried punishing me by whispering to the other staff, looking at me then laughing. When she finally brought MY money to me..she presented it to me with such a big smile and speech, u would have thought she was presenting me with an award, but just before she turned to walk away, she muttered FUCKING BITCH under her breath to me. I wanted to say " What did u just say?" But what would be the point? Megan obviously has problems. I would not recommend this place to anybody because Megan ruins any kind of satisfactory experience let alone a good feening!
