Today I went in for 3 fillings. I was having horrible anxiety, and I really wanted to cancel the appointment. Rox and Dr. Kim took great care of me and they were incredibly patient as I made them aware of my anxiety. They talked me through the whole process as they worked quickly and efficiently, and they expressed that they were available for whatever I might need to alleviate the anxiety. For the first time in my life, I have found a dental office that actually cares about me, my comfort, and my safety. I highly recommend this place! I don't know what she did and cost it $2000 because my insurance wouldn't pay for that recommendation. Well the money is gone and it's all out. I have no more ... I've been in there at least once a month for the last year. That's how many issues I've had. With all the x-rays they're taken and all the times they've looked into my mouth nothing should be missed. So far I've had two root canals or more I've lost count. Last week, one failed root canal, He couldn't finish it. I've also had 1 extraction and 10 fillings. According to them, I still need another root canal and an extraction. And mind you I don't have that many teeth left. I have a few teeth in the front on my top and bottom. I can't tell you how many times I've been in pain. I go for root canal and the next thing you know something else pops up. When I point out why didn't you see this before? Call me just gives me a blank look . I shouldn't be paying for this if you missed it "Why don't you see this when I'm in here, They showed me a picture of a tooth that they were doing the root canal on last year that you could see with the naked eye that it was starting to get decay. Why didn't they take care of it then? He has no answes and they just look at me like I'm stupid. I actually had to take a loan out to pay some surprise charge that my f****** insurance should have covered. I have two insurances. I want to know why my insurance was completely billed out last year... both insurances. What kind of charges are you sending out to my insurances. I want a complet accounting of what's going on and I'm going to call both of them to find out what the hell's going on. It's happening again this year. It's only February and they're not paying for all these issues that I have. I shouldn't be paying for a failed root canal. And he did a filling that was it and I get a bill for $277. I'm not paying it. I'll be calling my insurance . Something is wrong. I go in last Friday for a root canal. It's the most pain I've ever been in my life. By the way, the shots hurt, the whole process hurt. They're not even trying to be gentle in any way , it was horrible. I thought I was going to die Or have a heart attack. This isn't the first time I've been in pain. I've had other root canals. Hurt like hell!!! Then they have one of their assistants put in nine fillings. The first four she did. I thought I was going to die. That's how much it hurt. I told them I can't do nine at one time so they did four or five but that was too much . They had my mouth open so long. My jaw was collapsing. And they keep hiring assistants. I don't think I see the same person twice So there's a problem here. I want my money back for all the missed issues that they haven't seen that have caused me extreme pain. I don't want to be in extreme pain. I pay you as a professional to make sure all of that is seen and taken care of and it doesn't turn into one emergency after another. Plus I have gum disease. My gums are raw. They have no answers for that. Brush my teeth harder. You got to be kidding. That hurts. Why would you tell me to brush my gums till they bleed? I could go on and on. It's incredible, now I have a half finished root canal and he wants me to go to an endodontist, which is going to cost thousands. You didn't finish the root canal. You need to pay for this. There is no way I'm responsible for the dentist to not able to finish a root canal. That is absolutely unconscionable with all the x-rays you've did. I've had so many x-rays. I'm going to get cancer... How can you not see anything with all of those x-rays you've taken and all of these high-tech impressions of my mouth??? They don't care if you don't have any money. They just gloss over when when you're telling them stuff. However, they're billing my insurance too much and I want the money back and I want them to finish their work or pay for the endodontist that all of a sudden I need. With all the x-rays and impressions you take in my mouth, you should have known that canal was too thin or whatever the hell you said and You should have never started it in the first place. The tooth didn't even hurt me and now it does. Do you care??? You're paying for the endodontist if you can't finish it?. Not me. In addition, I'm going to have both my insurances account everything that you've done and what you're billing them for. I want a refund.

Dr. Norman was careful and got me the treatment deemed necessary, which countered another recent experience with a dentist where I was charged almost $1,000 without actually receiving the treatment I wanted. His assistant Savannah (Carly as well) is such a delight and she almost made me forget that I was at a dental office. Neither made me feel embarrassed about my dental habits, even though I surely could've done a much better job at keeping my dental health in order. I have had a filling and a root canal here with no issues so far. Billing is very transparent with an actual printout of the price breakdown and the pricing seems reasonable to me. I believe patients should be treated with respect regardless of whether they decide to stay with a clinic or transfer their care elsewhere. Over a month later, the office contacted me to ask whether I wanted to move forward with the crowns. (The gentlemen calling, said the doctor wanted to know if I want to start treatment with one crown) By that time, I had already decided not to return. Now that I finally have dental benefits, I decided to try btyDENTAL. I'm very happy that I chose this practice. Dr. Dom is very good at his job. During the consultation phase, he explained all the options I had and what the pros and cons were for each. He made it very easy for me to decide on my plan of action to get myself to better health for my teeth (and gums). During the two procedures so far (deep cleanings) he was very efficient and thorough in making sure that he got everything out. The two assistants that took care of me are amazing! I'll start with Reggie. She took care of all the x-rays and assisted Dr. Dom during the deep clean procedures. She has an awesome personality that put me at ease. I was very nervous and apologetic for what she was about to deal with because my teeth are jacked. She assured me not to worry and that their team was there to get me fixed up. After the cleaning procedures, Anahi took care of the polishing, flossing and fluoride wash and things like that. She also put me at ease and took very good care of my teeth. Both Reggie and Anahi have great singing voices btw and they will usually be singing along with the radio while working. Little things like that helped me feel comfortable during the procedures. After Anahi was singing along to Paparazzi, I showed her my video clips of the Gaga concert I went to and she just gushed with jealousy. Everyone at the practice is great! Dr. Dom has put together an amazing team that actually cares about their patients. Highly recommend.
