#2401027 Tristan N. Today my son's first dentist appointment was EXCELLENT!!!! I was so scared to come in and had extreme anxiety because my kid is special needs and I already knew that it was going to be crazy with how he would act. I'm SOOOO happy that the whole staff was amazing with him!!!!!!! We chose this pediatric dentistry because they specialized in special needs patients. This dentistry is on the 3rd floor, suite 309 at the JMH building. We came in 20 minutes early and Sharon was the front desk personnel who signed us in, verified our insurance, is very polite, professional, and personable. And they took us in very quick and we didn't need to wait that long. The lobby area had a play kitchen set that put my kid to ease. He loved playing with the kitchen set and it gave me a minute to indulge in the quiet atmosphere of the office. Chelsea came and got us and we went straight in to a private room (due to my son's sensitivity) and I am really glad that they had a room that has a physical door because my kid kept crying really loud since it was his first time at the dentist. Chelsea the hygienist was very attentive, kind, patient, respectful, and fun to be around for my child. She asked us about my child's medical background history like allergies and medication, then asked what channel my kid likes to watch on the tv (tv was on the ceiling for kids to lay down and look up) then she gave my kid a cool toothbrush to check out and calm him down. She also gave him some cool sunglasses so that he can put on while the dentist looks at his teeth. She also sang songs like wheels on the bus so that he can focus on the song while opening his mouth and letting her clean his teeth with the toothbrush and toothpaste. She was also very careful while doing the cleaning and she also comforted him when he cried. She did a fantastic job of comforting him. Leila the dentist was very sweet and let my child play with her gloves. She gave him a extra pair so he can put on and checked out his teeth and put something on it to protect it and made sure he had no cavities. We were happy with the results of no cavities! After he was done, Chelsea gifted my son a "Cavity free club 2024" sticker ribbon, a cars sticker, toothbrush, toothpaste, a toy car, sunglasses, and floss. I ABSOLUTELY recommend to any parent who has a child who is afraid to get their teeth cleaned- this is the place to go. We love this dentistry already. Chelsea helped us book our next apt in 6 months. Thank goodness to the whole staff made it quick and efficient with the service so nobody has to suffer with my son's whaling. The facility was well kept, clean, and tools came from sanitized blue bags. Again, the staff was very caring and I can not express how thankful I am for not waiting even though we came in 20 mins early. read more

Great Pediatric Dentist! We bring all three of our kids to the Brentwood location. Everyone is friendly and great with the kids. We've had a couple of dental incidents like a knocked tooth and the dentist listened to our concerns and offered a care plan that work for us. We really appreciate all the kid friendly aspects like the play kitchen in the waiting area, the sunglasses for the kids to wear during their exam, the fun toothbrush options and the prizes at the end. They do ask for cancellation with more than 24 hours notice (otherwise there is a $50 fee) but we've never had a problem rescheduling. I like that we get lots of text reminders. We will continue to bring our kids here for their dental needs. read more

It's always a pleasure coming here with my kids. They actually look forward to going to the dentist because they "get to watch TV" and get little prizes at the end. All of the hygienists and my kids' dentist, Dr. Sun, are impressively good with kids, soft spoken and they seem to genuinely like kids. The cute and well painted wall murals and teeth themed decor makes the facility very welcoming. There's also a play kitchen in the waiting room, which does a great job occupying the kids before their appointments. My kids especially love getting their free sunglasses, which this office uses to prevent discomfort from the overhead lamps used during cleanings. Overall, I'm impressed by the care and extra thoughtfulness this office provides. Wish they take adults too. LOL. read more

The experience with the office staff was super positive and friendly. The office is very kid-centric with animals and giant sized dental tools. When we walked up the kids names were on a chalk board outside welcoming them. The staff did very well with the kids, we thought one would have a meltdown but she was so excited to see all the stuff in there. We just visited this dentist. We scheduled for a regular cleaning, but end with a long time waiting. Doctor didn't say anything to us with a 5 minute exam and asked a stuff coming to us saying we have to have a deep cleaning. We kept our teeth cleaned twice a year for so many years!
