After a very good experience at their other location in Canby, I decided to check out their food cart at Oregon City Brewing. I was sure not disappointed! To be as fair as possible in my evaluation of the two carts, I decided to order the exact same thing to eat - except for the sauce. The giant falafel suj was super tasty and the spicy garlic sauce was the perfect complement to all the falafels that were wrapped up in a gigantic flour tortilla. Also filled with lettuce, tomatoes, tzatziki, onions and that oh-so-delicious spicy garlic sauce, the falafel suj hit the spot. Very filling! I just can't believe all that goodness stuffed into that huge tortilla. Oregon City Brewing offers indoor seating with public restrooms and a nice adjacent parking lot as well as a covered outdoor seating area. A full range of beers and ciders are also available. I've been to other Mediterranean food carts but Alani's two locations were top notch with freshly fried falafels and fresh veggies, making Alani my new go-to for Mediterranean food. Next time, I'll be ordering something different, especially after reading the reviews of other things on their menu. Nice folks, fast, and amazing falafel. Thankful they offer vegan and gluten free options.

I'll write a review, and I'm basing that on the decision that I will definitely come back and order the same two dishes that we had. Customer service was 100% awesome. This lunch was on the lighter side, especially since I had half of the beef saj wrap with the veggies. That's just what I like :-) I like to shove a few of the cucumbers and pickled turnips into my sandwich for the crunch. Alani Mediterranean is located at the corner 14 food cart pods in Oregon city. I ordered the falafel saj. It is large and definitely shareable!! The wait was around 20 -25 mins for my meal. I had them put the spicy garlic sauce on and I didn't taste the sauce at all. The wrap was pretty dry despite that ordering two different sauces on it. I feel like the falafel lacked flavor. My husband had the lamb saj and that had more flavorful as the meat came with additional sauce. I would try it here again, just would order More sauce on the side. read more

Devoured my lamb $12 (11-2022) with unctuous juicy slices, not too thin and dried out like some, and enough garlic dressing to love up the meat and fresh crisp salad toppers. Send it down with a pint from the front of the house, and you'll be all set to make your way merrily home! I'm eating my leftovers from earlier today from Alani not wanting this to end. Honestly, I had tried the falafel/ Mediterranean place at corner 14. Each time, disappointed. I just gave up on good Mediterranean in OC. Until today! This hummus- divine! Garlicky goodness. I did splurge on the platter as I love saffron rice. The $9.99 lamb gyro plate was great! The hummus is very creamy (not cheap King Harvest brand) and the Tahini was rich. The gyro is succulent with the right amount of char, the green sauce topper was delish. The warmed pita bread was far from stale. While the hot sauce and salad dressing were tasty, the cheap Iceberg lettuce was the only negative. Service was polite and about normal turnaround time. There are so many Middle Eastern options in the area that it's difficult to decipher one from the next. This cart seems solid. read more

So many choices with food carts these days they have this Greek here and a cart across the street at corner 14 I suggest going to corner 14 as my food did not taste overly fresh and delicious as expected tomatoes were overripe and squishy, tzatziki was little to no flavor in the olives, assuming they bought them at the dollar store. Seriously one of the best food trucks in Portland. The food is so delicious and quickly prepared, and is consistent. We get it at least once a week it's that good. I've tried multiple things in the menu, and every time it's a home run! And Mr. Alani is super nice - customer service is top notch. I love coming here! I was at PSU oday for lunch and grabbed a gyro + fries. The fries are zig zag fries, and cooked just slightly to the point of crisp. The chicken gyro was quite full and both sauces were solid. I probably should have gotten some of the garlic sauce for dipping fries in. read more

We come here just about every week for lunch! The people that work here are always so friendly and kind, and even offer my puppy treats. They are also such hard workers. Even during the snow storm last week they were open and working so hard. I have gotten the chicken plate the past couple of times and it is absolutely amazing!
