Very fast response time, polite professional and truly knowledgeable. I had a house fire, the contractor used SD Air Quality to reattach our furnace and AC unit. The AC was not working when we moved back in. I called SD Air quality to come out and look at it. Many phone calls and 4 weeks later they came out said it needed repair and would get back to me with a quote. I called 3 days later, was told would get me a quote right away(needed to find out the price of parts). A friend recommended Alanis Air, I called and talked Steve, he asked me to describe the system, I was at work, so I gave him a horrible description of my system. He told me due to covid (and the age of my system there is a part shortage so I would need to replace the whole unit. (I looked it up on the internet and yes there is a part shortage). He told me he would order the unit and be there on Wednesday (this was Friday) I asked don't you want to look at it, to confirm the system he said no I know what you have from the home size, home age, and neighborhood, and he gave me a great quote for the job. Wednesday his guys showed up, very nice polite and professional. I truly recommend Alanis Air and Steve, they are great. Needing to replace two Air Conditioning systems, I contacted a few companies to get estimates. Two companies gave us estimates but the cost was shockingly higher than we hoped. Stephen [owner from Alanis Air HVAC] was the third person to come out and his estimates was reasonable and he was upfront about the equipments, cost, warranty, and installation dates. The technicians, Fadi and his brother arrived right after the equipments were delivered they completed the work on the same day. They explained thoroughly regarding the new system and the thermostats. We couldn't be any happier with their work. My air conditioner went out during the recent heat wave. My mother is 91 yrs old and the heat was too much for her. I called around and most of the heating and a/c companies had a 2 to 4 week wait before they could install a new system. Got a hold of Steve from Alanis Air and he said that they could install a new system the following morning. True to his word, the next morning the installers were at my house to install the new a/c system. After 4-5 hours the new system was in and running. Juan and Jesse did a great job installing the system. They were friendly and personable and answered all the questions we asked. I definitely would use Alanis Air again. read more

As a homeowner, its never good when your home's central air conditioning unit stops working during a major heatwave. Thankfully, I reached out to Alanis Air on a Monday morning and owner Stephan Alanis immediately responded that he could have a team out the next day to install a new system. Sure enough, the Alanis Air install team were at my door at 8am and by 2pm the system was operational and cooling the house. Alanis air set up an estimate appointment for the very next day and we were able to schedule the install for the following week. They gave us a price we were comfortable paying and felt was very fair for electrical upgrades and a new AC unit as compared to the other estimates we received. Alanis Air did a fantastic job on my commercial building in Escondido. They went the extra mile because my rooftop unit was way underpowered for how big of a building I have. They replaced the unit within the time frame they said they would do it in! Huge plus. Stephan and his father Tony came out to the office and examined and explained the situation in detail and I already had out other companies so I knew I had to replace the unit but they gave me a price that was $2500 under the lowest bid we received. Stephan looked really sketchy cause he really wanted the job and the price he was giving me was unbelievable low, so I was nervous and thought it was a scam but he delivered and the job was definitely great, they charged me 9 thousand less than "same day Air & heating" so that's pretty much why I was sketched out but they delivered perfectly, I have no complaints and I will used them for my rental house. So pretty much if you feel like Stephan is trying to scam you because of the cheap price, please don't worry he won't let you down. read more

Our gas furnace stopped working. Called three companies for a price quote. Not satisfied with their pricing, but Stephan's pricing is very reasonable. The Installers ( Jerry and Chason) are very professional, courteous, friendly and easy to talk with. Installed the gas furnace, coil and the condenser. Everything works properly.
