Never use this company or they will damage and wreck your home and never get back to you! Unprofessional!! One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. We needed repairs on our HVAC, and went ahead and called them (at friend's recommendation). They kept giving changes in estimates as well as times and appointments but at least they got the work done. Every time they would change it, the price kept going up and up, not worth the value in the long run. When they left, we discovered they had left a mess all over our house from the vents. They never mentioned this instead they just took off after the job was done. On top of that they damaged our wall, and never said a word. After numerous phone calls to get someone to help explain and fix this issue, they continued to promise calls back which they never did; and did not take my ask for help seriously. All they did was lie non stop! Their quality manager even said, "what do you want me to do?". Finally they sent someone out after even more calling to take pictures, only for them to state they already had a wall repair scheduled. So they knew about the damage ahead of time, knew they did it, and never said anything. Avoid this place or else who knows what else damage they will do to your house and never tell you! read more

Their technicians are fine. Their service is okay. Their marketing department is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. During our service contract, they regularly called(!) to pester me to book services I hadn't requested. We did not renew the contract. I was still getting marketing texts and reply to opt out - which was confirmed in writing. SIX MONTHS LATER, I'm still getting emoji-filled marketing texts. I had to call them and they absolutely-pinky-promise that I won't be contacted any more. We shall see. This company is a scam - don't use them. They scheduled three appointments, didn't show for any of them. When they finally did show they said they needed to send a camera down the drain and made me pay up front. They didn't show up to do the camera work, then called me to say they can't do the work, but won't give me a refund. They said they don't refund for reschedules. However, it wasn't a reschedule - they didn't show and can't do the work. The manager is true piece of work who deserves his business to fail for the way he treats people. Avoid these guys at all cost - it's just a scam of a business that is trying to upsell you. read more

The technician was arrogant, and dismissive. We've been in our home for just over a month. Our house had previously been used as an Air Bnb, which could explain why we had such a massive clog. My family and I moved here from WI eleven years ago. With in a month of being in our new home our AC began blowing warm air. I honestly can't remember how many co we contacted. The fella that did show up, and has been showing up ever since is named Victor from All Pro Plumbing. We told Victor we had just moved here and with the cost of moving,, the timing could NOT have been worse. Victor was SOOO cool. He explained our AC was original in when house was built. 20 years old and we needed a new one. Victor understood it was August and we do not have CA summer heat in WI. Victor could have really stuck us on account of no other company showed up or even called!! Victor spent better part of that morning trying to prop up our old AC. He managed to get our AC going. When it came time to pay him Victor refused payment. He explained it was a band aid and could not guarantee it lasting. The man is amazing!! The band aid Victor applied that day last a year and a half. For a year and a 1/2 we so thankful for Victor. We were telling our neighbor it was time to bite the bullet and replace the old AC. Our neighbor starts telling '' OH,, you gotta try MY guy. He always has the best price and blah blah blah." We to this day love our neighbor but Victor had 3 of his guys here by the end of the week. In one morning we had not our ac but our furnace replaced as well,,, and it was with in $25 of my wonderful neighbors company quote!!! LOL!!!! Hysterical thing is couple years after that my neighbor called Victor. Allen ended up using Victor and said he intended to use Victor for all his rentals. ATTA BOY VICTOR!!! Apologies in advance if this gets winded... I had a bit of a plumbing emergency Tuesday evening and called a different company and set up an appointment "first thing in the morning...we will call you tomorrow..." Called next morning around 9 because I hadn't heard from them and the person who I spoke with was so rude (not the attitude one would expect from a company with a very specific name that implies something else) I decided to call a different company. Next up was All Pro. Called and explained the situation and a few hours later Jose Navarro arrived and saved the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, gave me repair and payment options, secured some discounts and set forth diligently working his butt off to fix the many problems he found. Jose did this with a genuine smile on his face. He was conscientious about putting shoe covers on inside the house, he cleaned up his mess before he left, and he was personable. At one point I was in the garage throwing away some trash and knocked over a bunch of stuff making a lot of noise. Not only did Jose ask if I was ok, he also offered to help me pick up the small pile of wood I knocked over. In conclusion, I know I need to replace my water heater in the next year or so and I also know who I am going to call to do the work. Hopefully, Jose will still be working for All Pro. I trust him and that's not easy for me to say where contractors are concerned. read more

I was referred to Tony at All Pro a few years ago. I've used All Pro a number of times and to this day I won't call anyone else. They have been responsive and well priced on repairs. I've had plumbing issues from a broken pipe inside the walls of our home, to an AC condenser issue, they've replaced full AC units in our rental properties and split unit warranty replacements. The cut out the connection for a water softener and reconnect the two pipes and charge me $579. He said it would take an hour or more. He spend less than 20 minutes doing the job. The actual job they did was install a bidet that required electrical access as it needs heating for seat and water flushing. When I asked for small additional service they did the work and asked a fair fee for the add-ons. Wow, what can I say, I was skeptical because coming from NYC most professional plumbers are con artists and scammers. But I needed to call someone as I was unable to clear a clogged toilet with the resources that I had available to me. I called All Pro and someone took all my information, within 10 minutes a dispatcher called me back and was able to schedule a professional for the same day. My Technician was Austin. Austin was on time, polite and professional. Austin started out by learning more about theissue from me. After a little troubleshooting, Austin had a pretty good idea how to resolve my issue. Austin prepared a quote, explained my options and after my approval he went to work. My Tech cleared the clog quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and came back and discussed the job with me and his recommendations. Very disappointed. Victor Spent 10 minutes and the problem was not fixed. It needed a part. He asked for $250. I offered him $100 and he refused it. I was not given any paper work. No business card. When I did not give him the money, he started calling me a lot of bad names and waited for a police for more than one hour. He texted me and called me a thief. His name was Victor the owner of this company. I am thinking to file a law suit against this company for defamation of character. Senior citizen: Be careful about this company and specially Victor.
