I came glasses shopping here in late December after shopping at least 5 different glasses retailers around the area that accept VSP insurance. I was having a hard time finding retailers with frame selection in the $100-200 range, many had frames that were much higher in cost. My experiences shopping at other retailers were either with staff that didn't seem interested in helping, or were blatantly trying to upsell more expensive frames and lenses. After an exhausting and last-minute search, I came here and was immediately welcomed by friendly staff who were more than happy to assist in picking out glasses that might look good, despite how busy the end of year rush was. They were really helpful and patient while I went back and forth between a bunch of pairs, and helped me pick out a pair I was happy with that was within my budget. They got my order placed that day. They were ready within the estimated window and the pickup process was easy and I was on my way. Very happy with my new glasses! I cannot believe I've been wearing ill-fitting glasses for so long when Eleven Optical has been around. If you've got a low nose bridge, almost everything here will fit you so much better than brands that allegedly have low nose bridge styles but they still slide down (coughWarbyParkercough). I also don't really know what style of frames suit my face shape the best, but the super helpful staff here were able to point me in the right direction. Super quick turnaround time as well - I went on a Sunday and had them by Tuesday, but that's only because I needed the 1.67 index lenses which take a little longer and they're closed on Mondays. I think most prescriptions they can turn around within a day, which is amazing. On pick up day, I was able to get my frames adjusted to fit my face. As I understand it, they make as many adjustments as you need if you bring your glasses in. The only minor con is that the parking lot here is the size of a booger, but I was still able to find parking both times. I'll never get glasses anywhere else again!

We are always happy with our eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions as well as the selection of frames for glasses Another advantage of Invision is that the office has state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, which is important for detecting more serious eye conditions. A family member, who went to another optometrist, was diagnosed late with macular degeneration because her optometrist didn't have good screening equipment. In contrast, Invision screens our eyes every year and has several decades of records so they can catch any changes early, when treatment is most effective.

They charged me full price on my contact lenses because they didn't apply my insurance coverage…read more And when I called them to ask them about it ( btw, they don't reply to voice mail so make sure you keep calling until someone picks up), they blamed me on not telling them that I've insurance. And I clammily told the that I've been with them for five years, they should have a record in front of them. And I asked him if they charge everybody full price without checking their insurance, and wait for angry customers to call back?...He went silent, put me on hold, and told me later that I'm lucky that they are able to claim my insurance after my purchase. I have also gotten two pair of glasses from them and they both had problem and I need them to redo them...and again, the customer service is hit or miss. So I guess this is it. Bye Felicia!
