I was having a hard time finding retailers with frame selection in the $100-200 range, many had frames that were much higher in cost. My experiences shopping at other retailers were either with staff that didn't seem interested in helping, or were blatantly trying to upsell more expensive frames and lenses. After an exhausting and last-minute search, I came here and was immediately welcomed by friendly staff who were more than happy to assist in picking out glasses that might look good, despite how busy the end of year rush was. They were really helpful and patient while I went back and forth between a bunch of pairs, and helped me pick out a pair I was happy with that was within my budget. They got my order placed that day. They were ready within the estimated window and the pickup process was easy and I was on my way. Very happy with my new glasses! They greet you when you come in and provide a nice waiting area. I got my eye exam from Dr. Korrin Goode and she was wonderful. She was thorough and efficient and also specialized in my eye condition. Ian helped me pick out my frames. His approach is what made me feel comfortable because I told him I didn't want to spend much just was looking to use my insurance benefits and he guided me to the right pair of frames. At first I thought they only offered high end designer frames but then I realized that they really do have a pair of frames for just about everybody. I went in to pick up my glasses and Ian told me they were having a promotion and I decided to get another pair since I had just broke my glasses a couple days prior and needed a new casual pair. Maybe they've improved since, but I gave up after the 2nd year. Both pairs of glasses I bought from them had the coating start peeling after ~1 year. I've attached a photo so you can see. If you replace glasses yearly, you might not care; otherwise it's frustrating. The doctor was fine; no complaints there. My issue is with the glasses they sell.

I cannot believe I've been wearing ill-fitting glasses for so long when Eleven Optical has been around. If you've got a low nose bridge, almost everything here will fit you so much better than brands that allegedly have low nose bridge styles but they still slide down (coughWarbyParkercough). I also don't really know what style of frames suit my face shape the best, but the super helpful staff here were able to point me in the right direction. Super quick turnaround time as well - I went on a Sunday and had them by Tuesday, but that's only because I needed the 1.67 index lenses which take a little longer and they're closed on Mondays. I think most prescriptions they can turn around within a day, which is amazing. On pick up day, I was able to get my frames adjusted to fit my face. As I understand it, they make as many adjustments as you need if you bring your glasses in. The only minor con is that the parking lot here is the size of a booger, but I was still able to find parking both times. I'll never get glasses anywhere else again!

The assistants are very professional. We are always happy with our eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions as well as the selection of frames for glasses Another advantage of Invision is that the office has state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, which is important for detecting more serious eye conditions. A family member, who went to another optometrist, was diagnosed late with macular degeneration because her optometrist didn't have good screening equipment. In contrast, Invision screens our eyes every year and has several decades of records so they can catch any changes early, when treatment is most effective.

The appointment itself was fine, but after nothing has gone right. My trials were not ordered correctly, what type of trials I was getting was not communicated to me, once they finally arrived I left work early to pick them up and the store was closed. Lastly when I finally (after 2 months) was able to order my monthly supply was told two different rebate amounts for the contacts. Overall you can tell the staff does not care. Miscommunication has made this is experience 10X more difficult than it needs to be.
