I came across Kree's Yelp page because of how close she was, but what really stood out was her website--the caliber and vibrancy of her photos were incredible. I knew right away she'd be a perfect fit for capturing my niece, both in her cap and gown and in her super colorful prom dress (which I was confident Kree could do justice!). From the moment I reached out, Kree was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The contract was simple and straightforward, pricing was fair and the breakdown of her packages were awesome. and she helped us agree on a time and location that worked perfectly, not far from our house either, which was a huge plus. On the day of the shoot, Kree arrived right on time and immediately made my niece feel comfortable. Since it was my niece's first time being professionally photographed, I appreciated how Kree guided her with poses and gave her direction to bring out her best angles. Here are some of the ways that Sandy truly stood out: - Both our babies were born around Christmas holiday and scheduling was not an issue at all for Sandy. She checked in ahead of the appointment to ensure we didn't need to reschedule (much needed for parents that just gave birth recently) and had our themes ready prior to us arriving. - The themes were 10/10, better than what we could've envisioned ourselves. And our themes were generic such as lemon or Christmas. - The amount of patience Sandy has is seriously amazing! Our second baby was a bit harder to photograph compared to the first, in addition to a toddler who wasn't in the mood for pictures, and it didn't phase Sandy at all. I show up about 7pm and checked in with DOTCOM department. I wanted to shop first. I come back. The lady helping me paged for someone to help me out to the truck for over 30 minutes. No one responded. She closed and starts to help and her manger comes over and is so RUDE to both of us. Tells her she needs to do this and that, all the stuff she did and tells us it was only 10 minutes, she was listening the whole time. I said excuse me but not only way it 30 minutes of me waiting and not a single person responded, if you heard then you could have done something as I've spent a lot of money on these items. She still argued with me and I told her, that her customer service skills suck as does the stores. so if you want bad customer service from someone like her, then shop there. Inez was super sweet and helpful. The only employee in the whole store who cared. No one else did, and I saw many people who were working there doing nothing who could have responded. I'll never go to Walmart ever again, they just suck in general.
