This was the Alpine wash, the highest tier wash and it left extremely obvious dirt all around the car, wheeled tires and windows. 30$, two people to tip to "dry" the car, and it's not half as good as other options around. The door is stuck open . I tried calling to report the door but only getting answering machine. I decided to wait as I figured someone would eventually show up to close the door. It's currently 14 degrees. While I was waiting I watched a truck in another lane get hit by the exit door as he was driving out . He stopped but was stuck in the truck. The great thing about this is that the next time I came back I think it might've been the next day the hose was repaired I think it was like an actually brand new hose someone stuck on there and it worked great. I went back to them right away because there were some other things I needed to clean outside and when I saw that I just did it and it worked out just as well as it did before. It was just impressive that magic wand did that repair exactly right away it looks like within 24 hours the repair was done and ready to perform. Yes I got a nice RV wash bath but The Magic Wand People made sure it didn't happen again. Go to Carrs or the Chevron across the street. *BONUS* the ATM fees inside are some of the highest I've found in Anchorage.
