The price was competitive and the actual window washing was done well. The reason I award four and not five starts is on the administrative side. First, I was told the window washer would arrive at 10. He arrived an hour early since he was told to arrive between 9 and 10. Thankfully my adult son was home and was able to call me since I was out with my mom. The second issue came when the window washer showed me the photos he tools after the cleaning and promised to send them. They never came even after I communicated with Rodrigo who promised to send them to me. That was over three weeks ago. That means I have no photos to post with this review.
