From the very beginning, this company was unprofessional. Their representative had a terrible…read moreattitude and literally told us, "This is our price and our time take it or leave it." That alone should have been a warning sign. We scheduled delivery for 10:00 AM. On the day of the pour after everything was prepped and ready they called at 9:00 AM saying the truck would be late, arriving between 11:00-11:30. That turned into 11:45, then 12:00, and ultimately the truck didn't show up until around 12:30 over 2.5 hours late. Throughout this entire delay, communication was poor and constantly changing. To make matters worse, their office staff was rude and even threatened that if we didn't accept the load, they would simply send it elsewhere as if our project didn't matter. Completely unacceptable behavior on a scheduled pour day. The quality of the concrete was just as disappointing. Within 1-2 days, it began showing signs of crumbling and cracking clearly substandard material. On top of all that, they charged an extra $150 for just 20 minutes of "waiting time," despite the fact that they were the ones who caused significant delays. Calls for clarification were ignored, and customer service was nonexistent. Overall, this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and shows no respect for its customers. I strongly advise others to avoid using them.

The manager was very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone get cement off of Don Chapin unless you like the filling of being bullied by a out of control man.
