I had my facial consult which was neat because they took photos to see problem areas on my skin. I found the consult to not be so helpful. I was recommended things that other spas would refuse to do to my skin because it was too harsh. I'm super careful and knowledgeable about different treatments so this kind of sent off a red flag for me. They really only recommended treatments which they had the machines for which was pretty limited from what I am accustomed to from going to medical spas. I also was actually taken back by the prices as they were alot more than other places I've been to. Hence probably why I never tried them before. Anyways...I ended up being model for a hydra facial Deluxe for $235 and got 50% off my treatment. The tech was actually new and I felt like she didn't give me a proper treatment because I could feel that she had missed some areas and didn't focus on my problematic areas (nose and chin). Luckily I was using a gift card and got a discount for the treatment. But if I had paid full price I would definitely have been disappointed. Overall. They have good options available for treatments and plenty of products which I am yet to try. And maybe I'll come back for one of their specials. But my skin didn't feel or look as glorious as it typically did compared to getting a $235 treatment elsewhere. So I'm not sure I can justify the full price from this experience. It was overall a positive experience but a few things were off for me. I am a spa addict and I have extremely high expectations of going to a spa for treatments so take this with a grain of salt.

I am writing to share my horrendous experience with Beauty Rewind. In January, I had a lip filler…read moreprocedure with Aly that left me severely deformed. The filler caused unsightly pockets, lumps, and bumps in my lips, and overall a bo*ched look as seen in photo 1 attached. Despite having had filler procedures before, the clinic insisted that my swollen appearance was normal, despite my face being swollen for almost two weeks, where I could barely open my eyes, nose was swollen. A second opinion confirmed this was abnormal. Over the next 4.5 months, I endured three dissolving sessions to correct the issue. My lips remain disfigured, especially when I smile. The bo*ched procedure severely impacted my smile and confidence. I had to wear a mask to hide my deformed lips during social engagements, including work and my cousin's engagement party. This persisted throughout January and February, some of March preventing me from attending daily social activities, work, gym, volunteer. The state of my lips during January and February can be seen in Photo #1, during this time my work made an exception and let me work from home. Despite visiting the clinic twice, the nurses insisted my appearance was normal and assured me I would be fine. I had to take off most of January to work from home and was advised to wait a month before dissolving, leading to more time off for swelling and healing. Even after the dissolving procedure in March and two more visits, nothing was resolved. The inside skin of my lips bulged out, and bumps remained. Drinking was difficult due to the disfiguration, with liquids often seeping out the sides of my lip. This has turned into a relentless ordeal, affecting my ability to show my face in public. Despite this, I continued to work with the clinic, hoping for a resolution. However, their policies are inconsistently enforced, and they refuse to assist you. Their patient care practices disappear once they realize their mistake is costly. Twice this year, I had to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances--once due to a doctor-ordered quarantine and another time because my car was hit. The clinic falsely claimed I had canceled eight times, ignoring that unforeseen events can happen within 48 hours of an appointment. When I called to reschedule due to a legal matter involving a hit-and-run, the clinic abruptly informed me I was no longer allowed to book appointments and would be taking my $100 deposit, which was never enforced before, and was never given a warning. Keep in mind, if you call within the 48-hour cancellation time to reschedule, you will be marked automatically in their system for late cancellation, which is what happened with me earlier this year. Additionally, after reviewing my emails, I noticed I would receive emails, where the email would say the time and date of my appointment and say that it has been changed to the same time and date originally booked for - which makes absolutely no sense. Lastly, I want to add that it's been hard enough to come in for dissolving after dissolving hoping my lips will return back to normal, the distress caused by the clinic manager has been an additional stressor. I am beyond frustrated and upset as this experience has destroyed my smile and confidence, and I paid for a procedure that left my lips disfigured. I urge anyone considering this clinic to research the practitioners and their education thoroughly. Beauty Rewind does not care about patient care once the procedure is done, and your face is disfigured. They do not treat patients well if something goes wrong, barely claiming responsibility, and will stop responding, & take your money. With my sister getting married in one month at a 700-person event, I am left to figure things out on my own. I am now seeking legal advice for the disfiguration caused, incompetent management and lack of empathy/patient care. I strongly advise against choosing Beauty Rewind for any procedures. I wish I could attach full photos, however, I would like my patient privacy to be respected.

I required a few more "feathers" drawn onto my new eyebrow line to fill them out properly. Micro-pigmentation takes about 90 minutes including the freezing gel application. It takes about a week to heal with frequent applications of Polysporin or other antibiotic gel. The dark, scary look fades after 2 days as the process heals. Itching is normal. Don't scratch! I'm looking like a starlet today! Is it worth $350.00? When all is said and done, YES. It was a big hit to the pocketbook, but I scrimp and save in all other areas of my beauty routine, so I think it evens out. I feel like I have a younger, sexier face. I'm very happy with Tropicalaser.

Eventually I got a referral to Rao Clinic ( took a few months ) He phones me and asks for pictures of my spots! I was confused that a specialist only wanted a photo of them but I took them and sent them to him and waited! He emails me back saying those spots are nothing to worry about! Seborrheic keratosis he said! perfectly normal.....So I let it go at that! I see the girl again for more treatments and she asks if i got these spots looked at and I told her. She said NO! that is not S.K I see that daily she says. She pressures me to get another opinion! So I contact Rao himself and say I think he is wrong and there is more to it. He said NO its SK. I asked why it gets sore and big then goes away to nothing I get no reply. So I drove to his clinic to see him, over 1000kms return for me.. He does not come out to see me but sends the intern. The intern bopsy both spots and both are cancer.... So now Rao is wrong and I have to have surgery. I go there for that procedure. I see no doctor but the intern again! Here is where it gets WORSE!! He cuts me open. The girl helping him is short. She has her gloves on and moves a foot stool close to bed so she can reach with her gloves on! Then blood flying! He cuts out the spots and starts sewing me up. The stitches are on the tray with all the bloody cotton swabs. He sews them into me and his scissors did not work! So the girl gets off her stool and walks out into the clinic are gets scissors from somewhere and she walked through the hallway. Then as the intern is sewing up the two of them are making jokes about how Rao gets mad if they take 10 stitches out of the box and only use 8. I look at the tray and there are leftover there. What did they do with them? garbage or for next person with my bloody rags after passing over and or on them? Were they from someone else's tray before me? I never once saw Rao in person. He just wants to click emails and do 10 second phone calls to bill us fortunes for his expertise? LAUGHABLE! I would not send a dying dog there. If I could give a -10 I would. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! avoid this clinic at all costs. OH!!!! I had to have one spot done a second time because they never got all the cancer. I seen a surgeon at the local hospital months later and he seen my back and asked what happened to me! I said surgery for cancer spots. He says " My god they butchered you! He was not pleased and asked who did it I told him and he went to his computer instantly and wrote down something. This surgeons scar is barely noticeable!!! the skin interns scars? they look like I was stabbed by a machette. Big, ugly, red, and no where close to clean lines. DO NOT GO THERE!!! On the phone they are snappy and unhelpful and constantly sound annoyed with you and rushed - which they are certainly not because they have enough time to do everything BUT help patients and clients.
