We were all very satisfied with the care we received. (Cue the ominous music) Then the practice became part of the First Advantage chain and everything went to hell in a cuspidor. Dr. Shah left. Tia left. The practice began to feel like a factory. Yes, Dr. Mandava is very nice, but at a minimum I would expect him to read my records before asking me why I came in. I had X-rays taken by a cheerful young woman who told me her only academic qualifications were a high school diploma. I was also seen by a young man who told me he was a licensed dentist from a Caribbean country but had no US credentials. I love young people. I adore immigrants. However, I hate "chain practices" and was reluctant to continue entrusting my choppers to this practice. I have sought dental care elsewhere.
