Called first thing to talk to service .... Mike in service was the rudest service person I have ever met at an Indian dealership First he said the dealership was very busy and couldn't get to till the afternoon ... I'm sure if those customers with bikes there would not have mind if dealer to a hour to put tire on someone traveling thru .. then he said he had to check if tire stock and would get back to me .. no call I had to call him ... .... so I went to dealership at 11:00 ... I sat there till 4 pm ...Lost a whole day of travel time ..... I asked him what he rides He doesn't ... so he doesn't understand Mike the service manager is a dick and should not be the face of the service department

We walked in and a gentleman walked from the other end of the store seemingly towards us, but he never acknowledged us and he walked right past into an office area. Okay.... So we walk to the other end of the store where an employee comes from the back parts area and we ask him if someone was available to talk UTVs. He said "so-so does sales he's over there" (gestures to where we were and where the gentleman we now know is the sales person ignored us). Keep in mind we are the ONLY people in the store. So we walk over towards the sales desk and nothing.... No one came out. We waited. Finally we left. I can only assume since we were 2 women, not looking like bike riders, that we were dismissed.... Either way I will never return, and will tell anyone who will listen to go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else. You guys totally lost a sale (and a big one since the UTV I want is electric and costs significantly more).

His charge was very reasonable as well. This is a very customer centric business and Greene County is lucky to have it.

I told John what I wanted done and John took the time with me to explain exactly what they would be doing and he gave me a detailed price quote. Based on the way John treated me, I decided to bring my scooter to Iannace's Cycle Shop for the work to be done. I was told the work would take 3 days to do. On the second day I got a call from John and was given some good news, firstly, my scooter was ready to be picked up, a day earlier. Secondly, the actual price turned out to be over $100.00 lower than the original price quote, this because upon close inspection of my scooter, John found some of the parts I told him I wanted changed, to be in very good condition and didn't need changing. A win-win, picked up my scooter and it ran beautifully. Now, fast forward 5 months to just a few days ago, my son and I both have Can Am Outlander 570 ATV's. We wanted to get snowplow's installed on the machines. Iannace's Cycle Shop beat all the other cycle shop prices in the area, also able to complete the jobs in two days, other shops told me 4-5 day's. I told John that we would be renting a trailer from U-Haul to get our ATV's to his shop. Almost before I could finish my sentence, John said "come borrow the shop trailer to bring your ATV's to my shop". I don't know of very many business owner's who would go to such great lengths to help a customer in ways that go way above and beyond what could ever be expected of them. Bottom line is, best prices around, top notch mechanical services, quick turnaround times and great customer service, all designed to make the experience for the customer, a great one. I highly recommend Iannace's Cycle Shop for all your motorcycle, ATV or snowmobile needs, they also carry a large selection of accessories for all cycling activities. Thanks again John, you will forever be our "go to" cycle shop. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure your success will continue.

Peter was pleasant and professional, showing me all the ins and outs on a 2009 Vespa 150lx. He let me jump on it, move it off the center stand, and then later slide it back on, all the while explaining shortcuts to help me. Never once did he act like he was in a hurry or he was condescending. I was very impressed he never pressured me but took the time to explain various things and never seemed to give thought that I was a lone, older woman, looking at a scooter by myself. My cycle driving class results will determine if I will buy a Vespa but rest assured, Peter got my vote of confidence, and I won't hesitate to return to Vespa Schenectady at the end of October to see what used stock he has. I will update soon if I do get my Vespa from Vespa Schenectady.

He had excuse after excuse. I wouldn't take a brand new bike to him. And to top it off,he calls himself a lawyer. Only thing about this is he has been in court so much he thinks he a lawyer.
