I had been working on my deck all day long and decided to come in to get a paint sprayer. Perry helped me out. I picked up the paint sprayer. Went home, watched YouTube videos and put the thing together prop it and by George, it would not work. So I decided to take the whole thing with the deck paint and the box back to Lowe's and there was Perry. When I tell you he went above and beyond I am not exaggerating. Here I am with this contraption full of paint asking for help and he did with a smile. He worked on it for over 20 minutes and found it was a defective nozzle. He was patient and kind. So as I'm standing there tired, sunburnt and covered in paint I smiled because he took the time to help me out. I have nobody besides google to help me and it was a blessing that he was there to help. I've been places before that don't even acknowledge you and this was amazing. Thank you Perry for helping me. The store owner had answered my grandma's phone call before we arrived, answered her questions and personally helped my grandma find the seeds she needed from the shelf we she arrived. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. This was my first time coming to this business. It doesn't look like much on the outside, and the inside is small and has an older look/layout lacking accessibility features. And sadly I was told soon they will no longer be selling paint as that part of their business is going out.

When they removed the posts they left three posts with cement on my side of the fence. The 4 x 4 posts were still in the cement and they were broke off still way above ground and very jaggard where a child or even my dogs could have gotten hurt from the jaggard wood post. They should've completely removed these old posts or at least had them below ground level and covered up

He came out the next day and gave me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He said they use private contractors to do the painting. They have a number of different crews and he said he would contact one of them and get them to come out asap. Two weeks later he contacted me and said he was sending a crew out and they would be here shortly. In a short time a 2 man crew arrived and got all set up. They have quite an operation and use 55 gallon drums of paint hooked up to a power sprayer. In a short time my entire fence was done. It was done very well and hopefully will last a long time. You can not go wrong using Penrod and they are a very good local business.

The garden center at Walmart earns a three star rating because of the inconsistency that occurs…read more Yes, it's convenient to get to but the condition of the plants and the variety offered is a bit hit and miss. At the beginning of May there are plenty of flats with individual pots of vegetables and flowers. One thing I have found is don't count on the stake in the pot to be correct as to general plant category and the specific species. For example you might find a tomato plant with a Poblano Pepper stake and a pepper plant with a Beefsteak Tomato stake. Obviously if you know anything about plants you can tell this is wrong. However if you want to purchase a cherry tomato plant and that is what the stake says don't be surprised when it starts bearing tomatoes that it's a Roma tomato, etc. Once it gets to be June or July all the outdoor plants begin to look quite sad at the garden center because there is no professional upkeep. Some plants get marked down because they lack water needed. Other plants have taken a beating from being knocked over etc. The prices are fair but similar prices can be found at Lowes or other hardware/farm stores. Lowes tends to have plants that have better upkeep because they have employees that are designated as Garden Center employees. I have to admit I have gotten some real good deals on plants late in the growing season but I usually only do this for perennial plants that will grow for multiple seasons. For this reason I can give Walmart a Three star rating otherwise I would tend to give it a two Star rating.
