The vegetarian burrito was delicious, and I genuinely wanted to go back. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service changed my mind. The woman who helped me was not welcoming and came across as rude throughout the entire interaction. Because of that experience, I chose to visit another Alberto's location instead. What makes this especially disappointing is that the owners have always been kind and friendly. I'd hate for them to lose business because a negative customer service experience leaves such a lasting impression. I got two wet burritos green and red and they were both so good!! The burritos are nice and big and can definitely fill you up. The flavor was amazing and well prepared. For just the two burritos the total was $29 but definitely worth the price. Also if you're vegetarian you can ask for no meat in it and extra everything else that's what I did and it was amazing. The lady was very rude. She said something in Spanish and I told her "sorry I don't speak Spanish" she then rolled her eyes for what seemed like 30 seconds and then asked for here or to go. The plate I ordered was a special of 5taquitos with asada. The asada was cooked great not much too it but tasted like asada. The taquitos were a disappointment though as they were filled with not much meat. A thin layer of stuffed beef inside kinda wanted to unroll and stuff some of the asada inside. I'd probably go and try something else instead of this but if you're lazy and don't want to cook it's an ok spot for a basic late burrito or torta. read more

Do you know how upset I have to be about the food to actually download yelp and add a review I've been here three times hoping they would make my thought of the place go up. Nope, every time they over charge me and leave me with food for toddlers. Why are they stingy when it comes to food I paid 20 dollars for, literally. I have been to this location before, i am usually more of a drive thru customer for places but the times i have been here i went inside. the lady taking orders always makes me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable. I come here pretty often for their daily special which comes with a free small drink. I get the potato tacos, which are made the same every time. I like that I always know what to expect. There is usually a short or no line. They are open late, which I love! As a woman, I feel comfortable going through the drive through at night. I would not recommend getting out and sitting. I had another good experience at Alberto's. My typical Angie's burrito double wrapped except for this time. I also added the Carne Asada fries. Oh my God that is so good and greasy. I love it I want more of it. I had to wait in a huge line that was actually down the street Probably nine cars in front of me. then, when you know it right when I get to pay the lines empty. The asada fries and nachos are the best I really don't get anything other than these 2 items on the menu . The pina drink is also very tasty . Baldwin Park, CA. First time here. I took a chance, I ordered a Breakfast burrito. Its very inexpensive here. What a deal. The burrito I ordered was not oily, or greasy. The flour tortilla was amazing. It tasted home made. It was so good. I highly recommend this place. I gave it four stars , because it's very basic here, as far as the dining area. I saw the other day they had re-opened. They had a grand opening a few months back, but after a 3 weeks or so they had closed down. After several months - they have now re-opened. Dropped in here to grab some nachos & taquitos. The carne asada here is much better than Alfredos. But they dont pack in the nachos like Alfredos does. Food isnt bad, but for the same price I can get a lot more food from Alfredos. The Parking lot is small & the drive thru exits right into the lot. Its a pain in the butt to get into the drive thru. The meat was probably one of the worse meat I have ever had because it tasted like they dropped a container or salt just in our 3 tacos and burritos. It's not toooo saucy so it really keeps the integrity of the fries and keeps them crispy. Pepe's drenches their fries which some people like but I like the crispiness of my fries. BRING CASH TO THIS PLACE!!! This place isn't cash only but I believe they do charge a extra charge for using card. Maybe 50 cents or sooo. So save yourself the money. Overall pretty quick place.
