Was referred to Encore Trim by one of my Wheel Repair personnel and it was an amazing find/recommendation. The owner of Encore, Shawn had been in the business for over 43 years, works for multiple luxury dealerships in town including BMW, MBZ, Audi, Porsche, and Lexus and is an expert in his field. I had them replace my sad, sagging headliner a few years back. I doubt anyone who's ridden in my car has noticed the replacement. They matched the fabric and did a fantastic job. I'm happy to confirm they also do furniture upholstery (it's probably easier!). Kelly, in the front of the house, is so honestly helpful (suggesting where I might find better prices on fabric, for example), I won't even bother shopping around for someone else to do the work. Apparently she can see the future and told me there was no shift knob they have ever been able to do and they wouldnt be able to do mine... If she would have shown the pictures to someone who knew what they were talking about they would have told her that a restitch was no problem. I wont be bringing these folks my shift knob or either of my classic cars that Im about to have redone. Short sighted and rude.... What a great way to be succesful in business. Finally googled "sunroof repair" and struck gold with Classic Auto. I spoke directly with the owner, Rene, who was kind, compassionate and professional. He heard the desperation in my voice and made it happen for me! I got my car from the dealership and took it straight over to Rene's shop. I was in and out in under 2 hours (after being quoted 10 hours of labor at the dealership). I highly recommend this shop!!! And they do more that sunroof repair.

We have never had a vehicle that the headliner started to fall down, but that's what happened to…read morethis one. We asked our mechanic if they had any place they recommended to fix it, and this is where they sent us. I looked for them on Yelp, but they were not listed. So we called them and ended up talking to Cindy (the owner) on the phone. I set up an appointment and at that time took the vehicle in for her to appraise. Let me say that I was really impressed with her. We also met her husband, and he was just as likable as her. They examined the vehicle and gave us an estimate to repair it. The estimate seemed reasonable, and we agreed to have them do the repairs. We took the vehicle in on the agreed date and thought we would be picking it up the next day. However, Cindy's husband's parents both ended up in the hospital and that delayed the time schedule. That was completely unforeseen but understandable. They called us after a couple of days and said the vehicle was completed and ready to pick up. We were able to get there a little before closing to pick it up. We examined the work and thought they did a really good job. We paid for it and headed out into rush hour traffic. After being stuck in traffic for a little less than an hour, I noticed a crack starting in the windshield. I watched it grow from under the registration sticker and start to work across the windshield. The crack had to have been caused by the repair as they had to have removed and reattached all the plastic pieces around the windshield. It was too late to try to get back to get back to them before closing, so I decided to take pictures and text the info to Cindy. Cindy got back to us the next day and said she would look into it and call us back. When she called back, she said her husband did not remember seeing any crack in the windshield. At this point, things could have gone really wrong. I started calling around for a windshield replacement and found the national chains to be very expensive. Then I started looking at local businesses and found someone who could do the repair for less than half the national chains and also would warranty their work. We sent that estimate to Cindy, but by that time she had found a friend who would do the repairs for about 2/3 the cost of the place we found. We told her we wanted to stay with the place we found, and she said she would pay what her friend would charge to replace it. We agreed to that. When you think about it, they could have said that they didn't cause the crack. There would not have been much we could do about that. But Cindy proved that she was a great business person by taking responsibility, and confirmed that she is a class act. Will I return? Let me just say that we really liked her and her husband a lot. They are the kind of people you want as your friends. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive interior issues. We think so much of them that we are also going to use them to recover a couple of our living room chairs!

Our dog chewed a hole in our recliner sofa. Gil told me how to remove the cushion so I would not…read moreneed to bring the whole sofa. I had some fabric that was close to the color but it did not exactly match. Gil actually used the back flap of the seat to repair the cushion and used the fabric I provided to replace the back flap so no one will ever notice since the back of the sofa isn't seen. All at a reasonable price. The larger companies I called just told me to buy a new sofa because they did not want to do the repair. The only think that did not match was the thickness of the stitching and he informed me beforehand and it was not an issue for me. I highly recommend Gil.
