Well, I did read reviews for Albert's before I went and they were good enough for me to try them out! Joe helped me and gave me a very reasonable quote to redo the back seat and touch up the J seat in the limo. It was pleated, so a little more work on them had to be done! Joe was very professional and the price was right but one big issue I had was the downtime of my limo. I can't pickup clients without seats, so Joe had to assure me that the seats would be done before the weekend. I had jobs booked all weekend, so I had to have the limo back before Friday. Joe told me he would put a rush on it and told me the seats would be done before the weekend. Dropped the seats off on Monday and Joe had them finished by Wednesday night! The seats came out great and most importantly, Joe kept his word! I will be using Albert's for any upholstery needs for any of my cars as well as highly recommend Albert's in the future to any of my family and friends. Harry charged me even a bit less than he originally quoted, honestly even though the quoted price seemed a touch high, it was a bargain given the high quality of the resulting repair. I'm so satisfied, I honestly feel like none of the other shops I visited would have done as a good a job, and I feel like I underpaid. A great value. An honest shop.

I had them replace my sad, sagging headliner a few years back. I doubt anyone who's ridden in my car has noticed the replacement. They matched the fabric and did a fantastic job. I'm happy to confirm they also do furniture upholstery (it's probably easier!). Kelly, in the front of the house, is so honestly helpful (suggesting where I might find better prices on fabric, for example), I won't even bother shopping around for someone else to do the work. Apparently she can see the future and told me there was no shift knob they have ever been able to do and they wouldnt be able to do mine... If she would have shown the pictures to someone who knew what they were talking about they would have told her that a restitch was no problem. I wont be bringing these folks my shift knob or either of my classic cars that Im about to have redone. Short sighted and rude.... What a great way to be succesful in business. Called this place and swung by once, within 10 minutes Gabriel was able to not only fix the problem but do it in such a friendly manner too.
