My husband went to buy me roses the day after Valentine's Day and was told he couldn't. The employees were taking all of the roses and tossing them into a bin, I'm assuming to discard. Why would this be done, when the roses looked fine and fresh? Wouldn't it have been better to donate them to the hospital, nursing home, etc. instead of throwing them away? The deli.... Absolutely worst fried chicken EVER. Super dry and it was so salty, to the point it made our tongue hurt! The breading is THICK. We got it at prime dinner time, so it shouldn't have been old or sitting in the case for a long period of time. read more

We are in Belgrade from out of town and stopped by Albertson for some much needed tortillas for our Mexican themed dinner. The service here was nothing short of spectacular. The store clerks were helpful and eager and the cashier was chatty and kind. I'm starting to think the poor reviews are a rival grocery store trying to defame a hardworking local business. I have already responded to Google with this info. 10/05/2023 I suggest you communicate with your Osco Pharmacy in your store. Over the past week, many seniors received vaccines. We were told by the Pharmacist that the 10% coupon would be good on Senior Day and we could get 20% off. I shopped Senior Day today and that was NOT TRUE. Something about computers working too slowly to take the coupon etc. ? Find this to be unfair to SENIORS. What is 20% off when you raise your prices anyway to accomodate it.??? The checker today must have been NEW because she knew nothing. Nor could she even pack the groceries in a bag....i did it myself...didn't wrap the meat separately either. Thanks read more

I'm curious if people actually have good experiences at this location. Maybe in the past but, my how it's changed! I try to go to the Bozeman Albertsons as much as I can because the staff are far nicer. The checker that "helped" me today was anything but peachy. Gatorade $4.99 Cheez-It $3.99 Keenen Pistachios from Calif 3 bags for $12 Fuji large applies $1.99/lb - $3.62 Little cheese wheels $3.99 Olive bread $3.49 Our total $34.07, B. charged it. I was taken back when I went to the Albertsons in Belgrade on April 14th. First, the smell of tainted fish and or meat was over whelming when I walked in the door. Next, employees were wearing masks below their noses or around their necks. There were no efforts to disinfect check out counters or pads on payment machines at the pharmacy and grocery check out areas. I understand the need to restock, but those who were doing so were not moving to all customers to shop without proper social distancing. I've been a loyal shopper there for years and am very disappointed in how they are going about protecting the safety of their customers. read more

The store is ok just about like any other nothing special. The problem is it is way to crowed and I have never seen them have more than two check stands open out of the six. If they aren't going to be used at least rip them out or something or make more of those self check out disasters. read more

I would like to give recognition to an employee at Albertson's in Belgrade, Montana for helping my husband. The personnel's name is David R. He was stocking items in the Dairy case when he noticed my husband was walking in a short shuffling manner and waddling in his steps. David quickly went to the break room and brought out a chair for him to sit in as I was checking out. We really appreciated this kind and much needed response for a quick respite for my husband from this young man who stepped up to help without anyone asking him. This place is the absolute worse. As a local living across the street I think I am finally done shopping here. Mind you I've only been in three times since the pandemic began and each visit has been a nightmare. They don't limit numbers, they don't enforce social distancing, they don't even make the customers, let alone the employees where them. It's sad to see all my neighbors so narcissistic they can't come to put on a mask to potentially keep a fellow community member alive. I continue to shop elsewhere, very sorry I came in. read more

Yeay, Albertson's! Their low prices are wonderful. We were able to stock up on toilet paper and other essentials before heading back to Seattle. Yeay for Montana and no sales tax. The store is laid out well, and courteous employees. Minus one star for crappy produce selection. read more

Since they have partnered with Safeway the prices are much better! Lots of things on sale!! Nice to see, especially as they are closer to the truck stop so it makes it easer to shop for necessities on the road! read more

After a big shopping trip (I live in the mountains) I got home to realize the next morning that the $15 reading glasses I bought had not made it into one of the bags. My receipt was in the garbage probably under all the messy chicken and meat packages, because I didn't find it. I called the store at 5 am, and a friendly, helpful employee answered who had been my check-out cashier. She remembered my visit and arranged for me to come back in to get another pair of glasses. That's the kind of customer service that makes people loyal! read more
