Came here on a weekend afternoon to grab a box of strawberries on sale, yay weekly ads and $2.50 for 2-lb strawberries! No self-checkout lines that usual grocery stores have nowadays, but line was fast and cashier was friendly. If you're in a pinch for a quick something this location is okay. Otherwise I hate it. The isles are so close together it's almost claustrophobic. This would be a nightmare in an earthquake. The set up is like no other Albertsons in the city, or other state. There is no rhythm to the madness. There prices seem to be higher then other locations but that might just be because I get frustrated trying to find my one item. They do have a nice not great but nice produce department. Ruined things trying to fix things. Made my walk farther to get into the store and they decide it's better to make me check out myself than pay people to check me out like normal. All about how they can make more money not the customer. Also the isles are all over the place making me go from one side of the store to another for similar granola bars. Sometimes long lines, but good deals on ice cream and frozen yogurt occasionally so stock up while you can. Many varieties of hummus and the deli people are friendly. Desserts can get expensive, but specifically in the bakery they do an amazing job. I've come in with drawings for birthday/other cake requests and they go above and beyond expectation with the design. Make sure you put a seat belt on your cake on the way home. I don't even give your pharmacy one star they are very disrespectful Joe is the most disrespectful employee pharmaceutical representative I have ever met he interrogates customers I've seen him talking nasty to the customers and including me Eric did not do anything about the situation you just rushed It off something should have been done when I was interrogated they need to learn how to work politely towards customers they need to learn customer service skills because they do not have any especially Jenny and Joe if they are not happy with their job they shouldn't be working there do not treat customers like they're dirt we are coming in you don't know if we have a disability or what's going on in our life for you to treat us in a manner of disrespect. I have been to a few Albertsons but this one is stocked with a lot of items that will leave you wanting everything single item in the store. This place is very clean and well organized that I could shop here forever. There is an extensive dessert bar, alcohol as well as the typical items found in a grocery store. It is hard to pass this place up for typical items needed or even for a trip to the area. read more

This store only caters to certain people. If your not light skinned they treat you like crap. I went in for dog food, eyelashes and laundry stuff. My mistake was to try and carry everything in my hands. I also needed the restroom. I walked to the front of the store met up with the only employee that I saw. I asked for a basket for the stuff I had and where the restroom was located. He started yelling to empty my purse. I told him I was not going to empty my purse as I had done nothing wrong. He reached into my purse and pulled out my 2 urban decay pallets saying I had taken them from his store. I'm standing there feeling embarrassed because all I want now is my makeup back. I don't want to spend my money here. As I'm standing there dealing with this idiot 4 people walked out without paying for the stuff they had. This is the 2nd time I've been in this store. The first time I bought steaks and the cashier was having issues with the debit machine. She had the nerve to ask if I had enough money to pay for merchandise. I answered of course. The machine finally worked after she logged in. She then threw my stuff to the side. When I was there I was dressed like everyone else. I like this Albertson's location. It is convenient for me, clean place, good selection. I go there after work during weekdays and there is no crowd. The staff are friendly and work hard, there is a good selection of fresh goods and other home needs. The soup is okay much better than the spoiled food I got at Juan Tabo location. read more

What can one say about a grocery store?? Albertsons often offer items 10 for $10. They also have offers such as buy one get two free. I feel that everytime I go to albertsons I tend to buy items I didn't plan on just because it's on sale. Store is usually clean and things in an orderly place. Cashiers have always been friendly. Overall albertsons is my third choice for groceries (first being sprouts and second whole foods) if you usually go to big grocery chains this one has a nice selection of fruit and vegetables. Standard Albertson's. Prices, and employee's are good except for one. If you think someone is stealing, there is a process in which you handle it. Here's the situation. I was accused of stealing(which is usually the case when I wear my Raider stuff) my girlfriends purse. I was shopping with my girlfriend, and we were in the liquor section, and she went to look for something so I took her purse in the cooler with me. Yes, this could look suspicious. I don't really have a problem with that, I have a problem with how it was handled. I was asked "Do you need help finding anything?". I replied "No thanks, just grabbing some beer", again I was still shopping with the purse next to me. Employee "So what is this bag doing here" Me"Excuse me?". She then Picks up the purse, shakes it, and repeats louder what is this purse doing here! I stuttered, because I couldn't believe what was happening. I understood that it looked bad, a male carrying a women's purse, so I explained I was holding it for my girlfriend. She then asked "well where is she?!" Anyways, after the employee gave me the purse back that she thought I stole, I found my girlfriend and was about to leave. I approached the manager who accused me of stealing, and she stated that " I'm just sick and tired of people of stealing". She also stated a could speak to her mangers tomorrow. Days passed as I wanted to calm down, mostly because I will shop there again due to location. I then shopped during the day in work clothes, and ended up going to her register. She placed her hand on mine, and apologized quietly. Almost so know-one nearby could hear. So I asked did you ever report what happened? She stated no, but I have a written report for them. Which wasn't true, and I found out because her bosses had told me. I was told she had to face consciousness, because this wasn't her first negative comment. Now I receive dirty looks anytime we walk by each other. I work nearby and bank with the bank located inside so I don't have a choice to avoid it. read more

It's an older store, that is a little small. Still, I appreciate Albertsons far more than others, especially Walmart. Albertsons products in general seen a little better and fresher even when they are the same brand name. I don't get that, but maybe it has to do with freshness. The clerks are better, seem happy to help at Albertsons you rather than Walmart where they act like it hurts them to help. There is a big difference between cleanliness and order, you can guess which is much better. read more
