The ER doc called Seligson directly. Five minutes after I got home -this was a Saturday night - I got a call from Dr. Seligson. He said he wished the ER doc had called the service as he wasn't all call. But he'd called the partner who was on call who would call me. Dr. Seligson said that if I didn't get a call, to call him back. A moment later I got the call from Dr. Hudson who made an appt to see me on emergency basis the next morning. Dr Hudson is a no nonsense guy who is quite direct which could be experienced as rudeness. But it is clear, he knows what he is talking about and I feel I get great care I am really grateful that they are in SF.

I don't encounter it in women." Unprofessional, sexist, and inaccurate on multiple levels. I left his examining room feeling upset and informed his front desk staff of what had occurred. She made an appointment for him to telephone me. I waited but he never called. This man works with zero oversight and has daily access to people's bodies, so maybe that gives him a sense of ownership to them. He understands how to give a simple chiropractic adjustment, but not how to advise you on why you needed one in the first place or how to safe yourself from future ones. Had I not reminded them, the prescription was only for distance. I've called multiple times to ask about a referral that apparently never happened, and I was recently informed by two different people in the office that 1) the referral was definitely sent, and 2) the referral was never sent, and 3) they have no record of my multiple calls requesting the referral be revisited. As of June 5, I still had not had contact with the referral doctor, so I called her directly. Her office said they'd never received a referral. As for billing, I charged for things my insurance would cover, but were never billed for. After many phone calls, I managed to get that straightened out. My insurance paid, but I had to make sure they billed my insurance company. In addition, I was charged an additional $50 for my prescription, on top of the eye exam. Who does that?! My sense is that this office is inept and dishonest. I advise anyone reading this to find another eye doctor.

It clearly stated all my health issues, including fibromyalgia(!), bulging discs (!) and arthritis in my spine. I saw him because of a hip replacement. He pushed on my spinal stenosis while I was laying down on my face. He triggered pain that I still have to deal with weeks later. I'm back on pain pills, and that was not the idea when I went to see a physiotherapist. When I screamed in pain because he pushed down on the spinal stenosis, he said: "What happened? I just wanted to stabilize you". The situation was absurd and unprofessional. It was Friday afternoon and he had plans that he talked about. He was incompetent and overconfident. My doctor advised me to NOT go back. I am VERY disappointed with Therapy Solutions.
