The ER doc called Seligson directly. Five minutes after I got home -this was a Saturday night - I got a call from Dr. Seligson. He said he wished the ER doc had called the service as he wasn't all call. But he'd called the partner who was on call who would call me. Dr. Seligson said that if I didn't get a call, to call him back. A moment later I got the call from Dr. Hudson who made an appt to see me on emergency basis the next morning. Dr Hudson is a no nonsense guy who is quite direct which could be experienced as rudeness. But it is clear, he knows what he is talking about and I feel I get great care I am really grateful that they are in SF.

Lenses/frames are quite pricey, but of very good quality. Would like to mention Julie specifically. She has assisted me several times over the years. Last year she caught an omission in my prescription (from university) as there were not prisms noted on the prescription. She made me aware of it, I got a new Rx and then proceeded to have the glasses made correctly. That saved me a lot of money, as I did not have to have the lenses made twice. She is always so cordial, efficient and knowledgeable. I just ordered another set of lenses put into frames and the whole process was smooth as silk. Hope to work with her again.

Dr. Pang and the staff at Full Circle have never been nothing but responsive, helpful, and accessible. I never had a consistent PCP until I started going here and I'm grateful because it turns out I have an autoimmune disease that the doctor caught super early, avoiding life threatening complications that can develop if goes unchecked. Healthcare in general is really frustrating in our country ... but going to see my doctor is not.
