We were working with a Salesman earlier in the week, when he found a car that met all of our needs. This car was located out of state. He told us that he would see if it was still available. The next morning he informed us that this car had sold but he had one on the lot that he could offer us for another $5,000. After researching the VIN # that he had sent us, it turned up the car that we wanted had not sold. We have tried calling him multiple times and have left messages. When he refused to return our calls, we spoke with the dealership in Minnesota and have made arrangements to have the car shipped directly to us. We will never deal with this dealership again. (update) after nearly three weeks of looking, We ended up purchasing in Independence. The calls were made to the salesman on Friday and Saturday. If he had told us they wouldn't trade we would have understood. It might not be the dealership as a whole, but it was a bad move by the salesman at the very least. read more

I have no idea who T Albright is. And everything that they said is either an outright lie, or a gross misrepresentation of the facts. First of all, it doesn't matter what dealership the vehicle was purchased, I can take it to ANY Cadillac dealer in the United States of my choosing. Albright is trying to impress upon everyone reading this that they went out of their way to assist me, which is a complete falsehood. If anything it is ME that went out of MY way to help THEM by taking my vehicle to THEIR dealership (which mind you was a 40 minute drive out of MY way) to generate GM warranty claim revenue for THEM. I called prior to driving up there and was told by Fred Albright that I had a loaner vehicle waiting on me that HE personally arranged. THAT was a lie. The service department had no such vehicle arranged and was insisting that I come back at a later date if I needed one. I then had to involve Fred Albright after 30 minutes of being jerked around by the asshole service manager who had the customer service skills of a box of rocks, Albright Cadillac FINALLY arranged a vehicle for me. I asked to speak to Fred Albright in private about the entire scenario and we went to his office. I told Fred Albright how ridiculously rude and unprofessionally his service manager Rick Ball treated me and Fred Albright stated [quote] "This isn't the first time I've had a complaint on this guy...He IS an asshole...I wanted to get rid of him a long time ago...I inherited him when I got this place". [end quote] It was at that time that Rick Ball walked in very rudely interrupting my meeting with Fred Albright and began talking over me regarding my warranty claim. I told him right there in front of Fred Albright that I wasn't going to leave my vehicle there, and it was because of HIM and his rude unprofessionalism. I then looked at Fred Albright and asked him right in front of Rick Ball why does he have a guy like this working for him? Fred Albright cowered and didn't repeat what he told me about Rick Ball which in itself made my opinion of Fred Albright and my total loss of respect for him so prevalent, that I could not at that point in good conscience do business with Albright Cadillac. I then left. And in closing...regarding T Albright's comment (whoever YOU are) that I "have a history of leaving negative comments" goes, here's my reply...that's what YELP is for...to leave comments (whether "pro" or "con") regarding businesses we the public deal with. Or is that beyond your comprehension? If a business is good in my perspective it's reflected here with accalades. And if a business sucks like ALBRIGHT CADILLAC does, IT is reflected here ALSO! What you are doing is trying to re-direct blame and responsibility away from ALBRIGHT CADILLAC which is typical of lower quality dealerships such as yours and no surprise. read more
