We needed new flooring for a house we own in Loganville . We got a few quotes from different companies then decided to get one from Albright's. I am so glad we did! Their price was about 1/2 of the lowest quote we received from other companies. Great selection of different types of flooring. We chose the LVP we wanted and set the date to have it installed.... Then had second thoughts on what we chose. They came out to the house with a box of the flooring before the scheduled install date and layed some out to give us an idea of what it would actually look like and that was such a great help! We were convinced we chose the right one. We weren't on-site because we live over an hour away so we left a key with them. They came in and installed the flooring on the scheduled date and let me tell you...This is one of the best decisions we ever made! The flooring looks GREAT ! Friendly, professional staff all around! I loved dealing with this company. They are a local small business with a robust flooring selection. They just expanded their show room. Their prices are reasonable but it was the customer service (Jessica) that sold me. I had new flooring installed throughout my whole house. It was a bit overwhelming but the installers were on time, respectful, and did a GREAT job. The initial stain color used on my stairs just didn't work. No problem they redid the stairs. I can't say enough good things about Albright's Flooring. Jessica was a huge help to us. Once we decided on which floor to purchase (after taking home lots of samples) we had installers in our home within a week. The price at Albright's beat the other two flooring stores we contacted too. The installers were professional, hard working and fast. We had a whole new LVP floor installed in just over 2 days. Albright's doesn't collect the full amount until the work is approved by the buyer. There were 2 small things that needed attention, the installer came back out and fixed them right away. NOT a great experience. We were excited to be able to use a local company for our design companies flooring needs. Albrights just doesn't measure up. The tile we needed was back ordered and we were not informed until we inquired, once found the wrong tile/qty was sent. We needed the correct amount overnighted to our clients location and they agreed to do so and then did not follow through. After the mess they created lost our company time, money, and reputation with the client we found the product cheaper elsewhere. Albrights refused to price match. All this AFTER they knew we were not just a "one time" homeowner DYI but a possible repeat B2B customer. A customer service nightmare to be avoided for sure. read more

No no no! Albright repeatedly screwed up my flooring: bubbles throughout my vinyl, carpet transitions coming up, and reinstalling the vinyl 3 times and it's still not right. They tried to blame it on the manufacturer, but it was the istallation. Go else where, not here! read more

Albright's Flooring was contracted to replace carpet in my home and to remove old tile and replace with vinyl flooring in 1 bathroom. Once the tile was removed, the contractor found old damage to the subflooring but was not able to repair it. At this time it is mid day and I am being told I need to find a general contractor to look at the subflooring before Albright's contractor would install the new flooring. Joey Albright gave me a contact that did not return my calls. I found a different local flooring company that came in on short notice and corrected the problem within a few hours. Albright's website advertises subfloor leveling but could not complete my job even though damage was minimal and only provided me with 1 potential contact. If they are suppose to be able to level subflooring, then why couldn't they dispatch someone to home? The worst part was the interaction with Joey. In an effort to coordinate the work of both companies so that the bathroom would be completed that day, Joey was a jerk to me on the phone. He acted as if the situation was a huge inconvenience to him instead of me. I have my elderly mother living with me and she was displaced while the work was being done. If the bathroom was not completed that day, I would have had to take her to a hotel for the night, which would have added a whole new set of problems for me. Even though this was explained to Joey, his attitude was obnoxious. The contractors Albright sent to my home was a joy to work with even though they were unable to correct the subflooring problems. read more
