He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

Scott was informed Aug 2nd that we have a problem and require that he send someone to fix it. Scott came by and assessed the damage and ordered the necessary material, which turned out to be not enough for the job on hand. To make a long story short the circus dragged on until Oct 06, no communication from P&Q to give us any updates, missed appointments without apologies, etc. We were very disappointed and would not recommend them.

They came out and gave us a competitive bid and where on time for the estimates . Unfortunately, once the crew got started it just got off on the wrong foot. I came home early to find them cutting the floor without any fans running nor any finished areas protected from dust . This includes fixtures in the room , which then the installer turns on the fan which they covered in dust and promptly threw dust all over the ceiling (which was never cleaned ). Then installer showed us stain color and swore it was the same as our previous ...but turned out to be not even close ....the crew did a great job though installing floor quickly and resetting all appliances ...then we had a few other hiccups and the end result is now a cupping if all the new hardwoods they installed . Needless to say the execution of demo, install , and finishing was quick and looked good besides the poor matching of stain . So , we now have to figure out how to proceed with 3 kids in the middle of a school year ., one with severe asthma, one on two travel sports teams, and 2 working parents . Geesh this is gonna suck ...again Promised Stu I would update this review after they were more than accommodating with an equitable settlement . They completely owned up and were honestly a pleasure to deal with even through all the issues which could not be diagnosed.

Money was collected (if not demanded for each draw) and I was informed of my contractual obligation to pay on time, and that payment doesn't parallel work completion--which I did. No mention by Justin of his contractual obligation to finish the job within 140 days. No mention of having work ongoing without more than 14 days of absence. 2 liens have been placed on my property by the subcontractors. Job STILL NOT FINISHED. Only excuses as to why it has NOT been finished. Days between email/coconstruct responses. Haven't seen Justin on our property but a few times in the YEAR of this process. I will update if any changes or responses, but this is NOT a reputable, dependable contractor that communicates progress nor completes the project in a timely fashion.
