He was friendly and assured me that I would be safe driving to AutoZone for a battery. He also assured me that if for some reason they couldn't install my battery, to call back and he would help me get back on the road. I recently moved to the Coachella Valley, and the hospitality has been amazing here. Luis made this challenging situation better, especially knowing I could call back to get my battery situated. My grandmother lives in Anza and lives off of $850 a month and that was her only vehicle. Again accidents happen and that is not the towing company's fault but trying to stick her with a $5000 bill and then trying to reduce it to $2700 and threatening her with small claims. Business is business but these are flat out fraudulent charges and an outrageous act against a handicapped senior citizen that they think they can bully around.
