I was recently trying to find a limo service that would take a group of girls from San Diego to Temecula for wine tasting and this company came recommended from one of the wineries I was in contact with. I spoke to Hugo directly and from the start he was very professional and easy to talk to. He helped me reserve an appropriately sized limo for the date we had in mind. As soon as I got off the phone with him he emailed me a confirmation with the date, times, and location all typed out. On the day of our day trip Hugo arrived early in a beautiful limousine. It was stocked with ice, water bottles, and glassware. The limousine was clean inside and out. We could not have asked for a better chauffeur for the day. He safely got us to a total of three wineries and he was only a text message away at all times. He was knowledgable about the different wineries in the area. When we were ready to move on to the next destination I would text him and within 10 minutes he was there. We had such a great time that we are already planning our next girls trip to Temecula and plan to have Hugo take us again. read more

Without a doubt the way to go!!! A group of us (9 gals) were planning a trip to Temecula. I picked Hugo based on his yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I did! He was prompt with his replies (e-mail and phone). He was accommodating to us and which wineries we wanted to visit. We were picked up in south Orange County, when I asked which city was most convenient (since all 9 of us are kind of spread out) he replied, "it's what's most convenient for you, not me!" He arrived on time and with an impeccable limo bus! It was clean, and stocked with waters and ice. The drive was very comfortable! At each winery, he jumped out and had everything set up by the time we walked in the door! At the last minute, we added a 4th winery and he was so accommodating to us and the extra time. When we arrived home, we were assured that he was fine to clean out the limo and we went on our merry way! Our original plans for my sisters 40th birthday celebration fell through and we decided to plan a weekend in Temecula as plan b. With just a week to plan, I contacted Vineyard Coast Transportation to ask a few questions and see if a limo for a last min trip for a Saturday would even be available. I spoke on the phone with Hugo, who was pleasant to work with from the very start. We were in immediate contact after that while I chose the wineries we wanted to visit and our reservation was booked! Hugo was also our driver and arrived early. He help get our champagne set up and poured in the limo, our music set up on Bluetooth and took pictures for us at every stop. The limo was in pristine condition and looked brand new. We ended up extending our time by an hour and he was completely fine with driving a few more laps so we could finish our champagne and party in the limo. Found this place on google search. Emailed them to see if they had availability for the weekend (I inquired on Wednesday) for a family birthday wine tasting tour. Hugo responded to me within 15 minutes. Gave me all available options, answered all of my questions, and was so friendly over the phone, how could I not book? When he told me he wouldn't be our driver, I was a little disappointed. However, when we met Paul, we knew he was perfect for us. He arrived 15 minutes early, and was so patient when one person was running late due to traffic. He told jokes, and was all around super friendly and personable. He gave us suggestions on wineries along the way, and didn't mind at all when we spent 2 1/2 hours at one winery having a picnic.
