45 min wait to get my car battery jumped. I received a text that my service call had been cancelled after waiting 30 mins. I called the Alfonso towing company. "I didn't cancel the tow truck." It's on its way ETA in 30 - 45 minutes. Additional wait? I received a phone call from the tow truck driver. "Where are you?" I mentioned where I was parked. "Where are you?" "In the parking lot" "yes but where in the parking lot?" "Calm down" I'm frustrated even more so with that comment. I see him, he gets out of the truck and starts to yell at me "calm down I'm here to help you" "I should just cancel this call and make you wait another 3 hrs." Also, I ruined his day. Yes, I put him in a bad mood. What? I find it very upsetting that there is no to very little customer service these days. He did jump my car. Then I looked at him straight in the eye and called him a curse name. Family went out to the desert for thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately we had an accident and needed a tow quick In order for us to continue our weekend trip. Luis is amazing! Our car broke down on the freeway and he instantly had me send him my location and came and helped our family for a tow! We are a family of 7 I cannot recommend his services enough. He was so quick and accommodating and he even recommended a local mobile mechanic to help us and even that mechanic was amazing and quick! I was so impressed with Alfonso Towing. Once my rental car company called them, they immediately contacted me to let me know when they would arrive. My driver, Josh, kept me updated and then he even dropped me off at the restaurant where I was meeting friends. He had the car loaded within minutes and once he delivered it to the rental company he sent me pictures proving that I had "returned" the car. I would definitely call them again! read more

Alfonso tried to pull a "fast one" on us. We had paid a considerable amount for towing to LaQuinta Cadillac through OnStar. After a couple of hours delay, they arrived and said, "no, it's too dangerous to tow". Then, they wanted us to cancel the fee already paid and give them $200 in cash and then they would tow. Our car got stuck in sand which we were totally embarrassed about! We called AAA and they indicated that someone would come but two hours later and no response from AAA, we were stuck and it was getting darker. I actually called a different local business and they were pretty hesitant to even help or provide a quote over the phone (red flag). We called Alfonso towing immediately after getting pretty anxious and they reassured us they could help. We dropped a pin at our location, sent a photo of our car and he provided a quote immediately and could come within the next 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, he arrived and was able to pull out our car! Got a flat tire in our rental. Avis scheduled Alfonso towing to pick up our car. Alfonso towing sent us a text stating they would arrive in 120 minutes. Two hours later we called Alfonso for an eta and they said we were not in their system. Had to call Avis and they contacted Alfonsos who told them they don't have drivers and can't tow our car. Rather then letting us know they left us stranded on the side of the road. UNBELIEVABLE and completely unprofessional!! All I can do is share my experience because I know they don't care. I called Alfonso after another tow truck driver showed up and started demanding way more money then he'd quoted. Alfonso offered me a flat rate that was even cheaper than the other guy's original quote. Luis and Alfonso showed up very quickly. So fast, actually, that they beat me getting back to the car. When I arrived I was so happy to find that they had already solved the problem, and were just waiting to greet me. It was obviously a difficult task but they made short work of it, and they did not charge me any more than they'd quoted (even though both of them came just to get it done!) There is something shady about this company. They towed 25 cars from a neighborhood this morning. I understand that a notice was sent a month ago to keep cars out so they can do road work, but 25 cars? Something smells shady and wrong. After reading some of their reviews this is happened before. I think maybe it's time to investigate and maybe get the authorities involved. Stay away from this place. I heard there were family's with small kids left without vehicles this morning. Unfortunately my husband got stranded and needed gas. Our Auto insurance company put out a request for a tow company to bring him some gas. When he got the update for a tow company, this was the company that accepted the job, at first it wasn't a bothersome matter. Then my husband gets another update, The wait time for gas was 2 hours! This place is located 8 minutes away from my husbands location according to maps. After working all night and sitting there for 2 hours my husband calls the company, not only did the man sound half asleep as if he was just woken up, but he had no customer service skills what so ever let alone any awncers to my husbands questions! 0 stars!!!!Called to get a tow for my RV from one location to another. I spoke with Alfonso and he gave me a price of $350 flat from one location to the other with no additional rate. Once we got to our destination his worker told him he was going to charge us an additional $190 for the hour he spent taking the hitch off his truck and wouldn't leave until he got the money! My husband called Alfonso to settle the matter by saying we were not told there was additional payment for them to hook up and unhook the RV. Alfonso the owner then proceeded to cuss out my husband over the phone! Very rude very disrespectful and very unprofessional. I would not use this service again.
