They wasted a week of my time during a tight deadline. I ended up scrambling and finding another vendor who delivered exactly what I needed. Seems like Dan should have retired years ago. Feel bad for whoever he sold the business to, because good old Dan is ruining the reputation of the store before handing over the keys.
