Our server, Cameron, was kind, patient, and attentive as we waited for our friend to arrive. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great suggestions based on his personal favorites. We started with the crabmeat wontons, which I was expecting to favor traditional rangoons, but these were crispy gyozo dumplings, filled with a savory and smooth blend of crab and cream cheese, and served with sweet chili sauce. They didn't last long on the table :) Even my husband, who usually doesn't like seafood, dug in! Intrigued by the subtle twist on a classic, my husband chose the fried chicken and beignets. I was allowed a bite :) and it was hard to stop there! The flavor of both components was outstanding, and the crispy texture, perfect. I wasn't quite as hungry, so I asked if I could do a classic Caesar salad and add creole shrimp. When I say this was the best salad I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating! The flavor of the dressing was so simple yet rich, the croutons were light and tasted freshly-made, and the shrimp were deliciously savory, with a blackened flavor that exceeded my expectations. All in all, a great dining experience that we will share with others traveling through the area, and will repeat if we're ever back!

When it comes down to it, it's about the food! The server was a nice young lady & that was about the only saving grace of my over priced & long wait supper. This place looks cool but I want better food, more fair pricing & faster service. I'd recommend you look elsewhere if you want a tasty meal. Don't let the "cool vibe look" deceive you!

(They are dog friendly outside). My husband enjoyed the beers he tried, and I enjoyed my mocktail. All of the food we saw people order looked good. We tried the poutine - the fries were perfect. Inside was a surprisingly large space. They had quite a few beers on draft a long with a well stocked to go cooler. When they didn't have something in the cooler the bartender over heard and grabbed beer in the back. So ask if you don't see it. The food was great and it was hard to pick. I bet about anything would have been superb. The bartender recommended a few things, including some selections not offered on the menu so again something to ask about if you don't see exactly what you want. Like adding some protein to certain dishes that the menu doesn't show. All in all had a great lunch and would have stayed even longer if we weren't driving home.

I ordered the lobster ravioli, which sounded like a life decision I'd brag about later. What arrived was 4 ravioli and 4 small shrimp -- which, in most cultures, is called an appetizer but I might just need to go on a diet. Flavor-wise it was... politely stated..Not bad, just kind of bland. Also the shrimp still had the tails on, so dinner became a part-time job. Nothing says "fine dining" like performing minor seafood surgery in pink sauce while your pasta cools. The wine list was the real plot twist. No rosé. No Sauvignon Blanc. I have never -- and I mean never -- gone to an Italian restaurant and ordered beer out of necessity. Yet here we are. It just didn't feel right. Now, credit where it's due: the garlic bread was actually really good (though I'm pretty sure it didn't grow up in that kitchen), and the limoncello cake -- confirmed not house-made -- was honestly the star of the meal. Service was great, atmosphere was pleasant, and I didn't have a bad time... Three stars: good evening, questionable portion sizing, and a restaurant that accidentally convinced me to drink beer at an Italian restaurant.

It complemented the Redfish. The only thing that I would improve on would be the grits. They were a little dry. My husband ordered the pepperoni pizza and Ashley recommended the pepper jelly with it. The lighting is a bit dim for our old eyes but otherwise it has the feel of a pub. We loved that. Our server was very nice and helpful. We ordered the bacon cheddar fries. The fries are like a cottage fries that are then cut into strips. Perfect fry on them. The bacon could have been crispier but great flavor and a good ranch. I had the KPauls pasta. We all enjoyed it. Pasta cooked perfectly al dente. If you love a saucy pasta this isn't for you. It is nice and creamy but not swimming in it. Big plump shrimp that tasted great. Also has chunks of chicken breast and sliced sausage. Uncle Jim got the red beans and rice. Great flavor but barely warm. The catfish is a thicker cut and battered in a coarsely ground corn meal. Aunt Robin had the shrimp and grits. Those were the star of the show. So creamy and incredible flavor. Very generous amount of nice sized shrimp. Mike had the Keg Stand burger. He requested the sauce on the side. It's definitely a unique flavor. Nice soft bun. The meat was grossly over cooked but would have been tasty had it not been so dry. The onion rings that came with the burger were soggy. Overall, enjoyed it. We know what to get next time. Shrimp and grits and KPauls pasta!!

We pulled up and noticed that the GOS location was pointing to a hotel building. There was no signage from the road or exterior of the hotel, but we went inside and found this restaurant is more of a lounge restaurant within the hotel The menu offers a variety of "tapas," and the portions are large enough that everyone in a small party should be able to try the dish. The cocktails were well made, and they came out in a timely manner Our server was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, the service was good. We did try to slightly modify a couple of the dishes, and one couldn't be modified, and another was just disregarded, but everything tasted good This isn't the most inexpensive spot for happy hour, but it is a nice atmosphere Some tips: Definitely go the tapas route so you can try a variety of dishes. They are regularly out of various wines, beers, and food items. They have already shrunk the food menu to an unappetizing limited menu and the quality is below the IHG standard. Perhaps instead of remodeling a perfectly good space, IHG should have invested in better menu items, more consistent food preparation, and beverages patrons actually want on the menu. The local patrons meet or outnumber hotel patrons most nights during the week, but repeated requests for better food and alcohol selections are ignored. I just want it to be better. It's one of our only options available in the evening in midtown!
