I walked in expecting a dank ran down little fish market. To my surprise it was very spacious and beautiful. Each person I encountered was genuinely pleased with the establishment. Each of the employees were helpful and courteous. They helped me with different options as well as information about the establishment as well. The prices were very reasonable. The customer service was impeccable. The location is great. The portions were impressive and it was very clean and organized. The food was a bit spicy but my significant other enjoyed it immensely! I opted for a large shrimp po-boy accompanied by a side of gumbo. The po-boy itself was decent, and I would consider ordering it again, though I'd request additional lettuce next time. Unfortunately, I can't review the gumbo because there was a mistake on my order and they gave me red beans and rice instead. The BEST shrimp po-boy in town, hands down!! The French bread is not a hoagie soft bread but more like Reising's or Leidenheimer's. You can't count how many shrimp on it by looking at it. It's full of shrimp! We eat here all the time because it's all delicious. The catfish tastes so fresh and comes with fries, coleslaw, hushpuppies, and garlic bread. Tried the crawfish for the first today for lunch. Picked up 3 lbs around 11:30. The flavor was pretty good on each one. The only true complaint I have and I feel it's major for the price. They sold me day old maybe even 2 day old crawfish. They were super cold and there was very little juice in the crawfish. Definitely refrigerated and put back out for sale today. Charging $4.29 a lbs and selling day old crawfish is a no go for me. I probably will never go back to get anything from them. The service was ok but day old products at the regular price should be a crime. read more

One of my favorite po' boy places in Hattiesburg. Shrimp po' boy is my usual go-to meal here. I hosted my in-laws a couple months ago and we got several entrees to allow them to try different meals. We got 3 lbs of crawfish (amazing and not too spicy), seafood platter #2, and corn & crab bisque. Sadly they were already out of the gumbo and crawfish etouffee, but we had ordered later in the day and learned our lesson haha. Everything we tried was fresh and tasted great!
