Also the monthly service is nothing. They QUIXKLY check the poison and QUICKLY spray chemicals and that's it. If weather is bad they skip on the outdoor service (which we still pay for) . They aren't thorough nor do they check details. They forget that each clients house is a HOME. I wouldn't recommend them.

I've had a recurring service with Orkin for several years. My tech missed his window today. Things…read morehappen and a simple text, phone call, or email would've been fine. However, I never heard from anyone. I tried to call every Orkin number online I could fine. The website says multiple places that customer service is 24/7 and it is not. No one answered locally or any of the 800 numbers. I finally got ahold of someone at the Nashville branch, I'm in Knoxville, and he was shocked that even he couldn't get someone in my area. If you can find another company that uses similar products at a similar or better price, choose someone else for sure Update: my tech never showed up. I tried to call all the Orkin numbers and none of them were answered on Saturday or Sunday despite being advertised as "24/7 customer service". I called the local office Monday morning and the manager, Kevin, was rude and dismissive. He was not apologetic and didn't seem to care or be interested in his tech not showing up. You would think it would be easy to notify everyone on the tech's list that he's not coming when he didn't show up for work. I was planning on updating my original bad review if the service was good today but it was not.

When we started seeing some stinkbugs in the house(alive) I decided to call for a service. We were told that Daytons didn't cover these bugs under the normal service( we would have to pay more). I though pest control services covered all pests, apparently not. I'm not going to pay extra or work with someone who doesn't let us know up front that there are certain bugs they won't kill. Even more surprising was the reaction from the lady who answered the phone. I told her that I wouldn't be using Daytons anymore and cheerfully she said, "ok".
